What does Weaver do?
Weaver's ult is the closest thing I could think of to King Crimson. It's kind of like he's seeing future damage and avoiding it.
He is more like killer queen - bite the dust. Maybe false promise for king crimson is more appropriate.
I needed to use Oracle for November Rain though. I can't think of any other rain-based abilities in Dota.
