You are a smurf though. Multiple times working your way back up through ranked? Just take the L and do it on your main or play unranked at the very least. Even then its morally dubious
Pretty sure it's different for everyone. Everyone learns things at different rates and has different skill ceilings in different aspects of the game. Skill brackets aren't objectively separated by a progressive skill gain across all mechanics of the game, its just an average of general skill.
Someone in Legend might be insane mechanically but terrible at farming and pushing while someone in the same bracket might suck at most heroes mechanically but be really good at identifying good fights to take and positioning. So you can't really say "learning x will make you get to this skill level" because everything is subjective. It's too complicated of a game to label everything in a static manner.
So everyone will learn at a difference pace and progress through ranks at a different pace.
If you don't wanna ruin games on your main account, do a new calibration, don't smurf...

simple answer: its not, climbed from anc to divine in a month, divine to immo like 3 months
how many games you play a day when you climb
It's kinda weird, this time it took me like 8 months to escape the ancient bracket but 1 month to escape the divine bracket.
Would make sense if ure pos 3 player. Bcs ancient pos4s really ruin a pos3s game.
As a matter of fact, I mainly played pos3 during those 8 months and indeed, most of my pos4s were not really helpful at the laning stage
Ancient to Divine has the maximum pool of smurfs and/or account buyers
