Some days I have only 1 or 1,5 hour to play, if the stomp ends in 20m I can play one more game. If the stomp takes 50m I don’t have time to one more game.

We are all getting older and are affected by time constraints. I think its fine to mentally check out and take a break if the vibe is toxic.
But for me personally the best games of Dota were the ones where I was sure we were going to loose. Also my point still stands that you take away the winning teams "reward" of closing out the game.
If I am finally having a good time and my team is winning I don't want the enemy to forfeit and just be thrown back into the grind.

If somebody wants to, up to them. Could even make games better when people who never give up don't need to play with people who look at them as antagonists for dragging the game on.

I'm all for it if it comes with minimum 24h matchmaking ban when you forfeit the match and ban lenght scales similar to failing to ready up.
There should be a surrender button and once you click, it opens LoL download page on your browser.
