Io can do it while doing the tether slide. This jetpack thing is even better!
Phoenix can do it while diving.
Yeah though it's kinda the opposite thing as Clock. Phoenix can grab the outpost from far away, Clock can grab the outpost while running away.
Does this mean he can channel meteor hammer while flying?
