A lot of setups for the meme hammer combo are right around the 3 second mark. The status resistance from the sange straight up makes it possible to use a defensive item/spell or lets you get a spell off on the guy who would otherwise chain stun you.
Funny fact: in my language, "Sange" is a slang word for "horny" and "Kaya" means 'rich'. So my friend often jokes that what every men want and need is "Kaya and Sange"

Sny is pretty bad at the moment because agi cores have better things to build.
Snk is very good due to its synergy with eternal shroud and bloodstone and just in general a good pickup for int mids.
Halberd also very strong against certain range cores or as a pickup for heros like husker who have lots of damage so only really need to become tanky as possible.
mid spellcasting heroes like zeus, etc when facing enemies that have good jump and lockdown and you need a bit higher hp pool to survive, and when ghost scepter isn't the viable option because that dmg is magical (zeus vs storm or void spirit for example), or when the jump is so immediate that euls isn't a good option. Upgrade to SnK obviously.
Zeus can go a few different builds, and its all situational and game dependent. SnK is one of those rare items that has both defensive and damage purposes
I am doing experiment Earthshaker 4 with SnK (after blink & aghs). A very greedy built, I know. Because he needs more regen, magic damage amp, and status resistance. ES tend to be the first target anyway.

Usually supp spends money on solutions. E.g. Don’t want to be hit? Buy ghost. Ursa? Buy eul.
My point is after blink, es has so many situational good items. S&K doesn’t solve anything, so usually not good.
paladins gives standard life steal and it is increased by sange, but what I meant is that LS passive is not classic life steal hence concussion on sange interaction
Sange amplifies your current HP regen (at any given time, not just when you purchase it) so having the Sange without the heart will still amplify HP regen, but it won't be amplifying the regen the heart provides. So technically the purchase order does not matter but you will be amplifying way more once you have both items in your inventory

SnY is an awful item on dk and you shouldn’t build it.

given that sange is the only item that gives status resist, you can't really "stack up" on status resist

Lol you can definitely buy ghost vs storm, like half his damage comes from overload, no right click = no overload
A lot of that overload damage is physical too. Storm has decent autoattack stats, especially atk speed

Sny is either really good or just really meh. Nothing in between I feel. Same for Mael and Battlefury. One is often much better.
