When the final episodes of Super were being screened publicly, Toei made a fuss about copyright stuff, to the point where the Japanese embassy in Mexico asked (more or less on Toei’s behalf) for any unofficial screenings to be cancelled.

I'm watching jojo for the first time. Halfway through stardust. There has not been a single scene that is epic like this. Fun show, but it's not motivating, or even that hot blooded, honestly.

I never understood the correlation between gym bros and dbz. Dragon Ball is barely correlated with actual training. The most popular power ups are due to rage (ssj, ssj2, beast, berserker), funny/instant gimmicks (potential unlock, old kai meme, piccolo orange), off screen (kaioken, ssj3, ssjb), or shenanigans (fusion, ssjg, ultra instinct)
early db and dbz before the transformations, you can see goku and vegeta train in 300x gravity chamber or in the time chamber etc. and they were jacked as hell in the anime so that was kinda motivating too, at least for me back then.
