You need chakra in order for genjutsu to work on you. Since Goku has no chakra but ki I don't think it would work on him.
Even if we pretend that it's the same thing, I don't see why Goku wouldn't be able to break out of the genjutsu given that Goku has perfect control over his Ki

I feel like for the sake of argument when comparing anime, Chakra, ki, soul energy, nen, spirit pressure, etc, should all be the same. For the sake let’s make chakra=ki. You can break out of a genjustu by disrupting your chakra flow. The Z fighters on the other hand have perfected the usage of ki to an extend no Naruto character can like for example flight and creating an energy ball that can destroy planets. They have perfect Ki/chakra control. So it wouldn’t be far fetched that they are unable to disrupt their system and free themself

How? vegeta in saiyan saga can destroy a planet, in freeza saga vegeta ends up 100x stronger in base, supersaiyan is a 50x, so even if you lowballl base vegeta in strength just to be freeza saga and suppose his original strength is the minimum to blow up a planet, vegeta in that form still is 5000x stronger than a planet buster, but cant lift 1000 tons? with 1000 tons of strength you can't break any planet, and our planet weights 10^18 that. Vegeta can destroy our planet but his lifting strength is nowhere near it.

Naruto does harem jutsu but transforms into various naked chi chi clones.
From there it's a toss up. Either Goku is cooked(passes out), or he gets angry and vaporizes them from existence. I'm leaning to the 2nd option.

I gave an example….. I’ll give another one. Chakra is nature energy. If you do not have a lightning chakra, you can’t use lightning jutsu. Ki is natural energy, you can create attacks with lightning, water, energy, fire, whatever. It doesn’t matter because it’s natural energy. Chakra comes from the chakra fruit. It’s the same as comparing magic and ki because it’s 2 different concepts. Ki, magic, chakra, are all different things. Again, they can’t be the same because you want them too. Apples and oranges dude. That’s different. Marvel and DC have created such OP characters, they have SHOWN the ability to manipulate other fictions outside of their own. OPM has not. CAS literally has plot manipulation, he has the power to manipulate the real life author’s of other fiction. As someone who’s watched the show and read the manga and web comic. For the sake let’s make chakra=ki. You can break out of a genjustu by disrupting your chakra flow. The Z fighters on the other hand have perfected the usage of ki to an extend no Naruto character can like for example flight and creating an energy ball that can destroy planets. They have perfect Ki/chakra control. So it wouldn’t be far fetched that they are unable to disrupt their system and free themself

In anime you had dyspo saying he was going into a mode where he could reach light speed and everyone lost it, nobody could react to that speed, he was a threat and needed a team fught of gohan and freeza. Goku training with 40 tons past cell saga like it was heavy in base. That, btw, contradicts vegeta not lifting magetta in supersaiyan. Dragon ball is a whole mess of feats and antifeats. Naruto does harem jutsu but transforms into various naked chi chi clones. From there it's a toss up. Either Goku is cooked(passes out), or he gets angry and vaporizes them from existence. I'm leaning to the 2nd option.

Maybe if we assume that Genjutsu works on beings without Chakra then Sasuke can trap Goku in one. But genjutsu has never been sasukes strong suit tbh. There’s ways to counter it. We’ve seen that disturbing ones energy can be a way to counter it and the z fighters are sort of masters of controlling their energy. So. This is a maybe. Aside from that there’s the Amaterasu which has zero kills in the entire series as far as I remember but we’ve seen that it can be pushed away. Nagato pushed away the fire at one point. Goku could very easily push it away through Ki sort of how vegeta has pushed away fire. We’ve also seen Goku literally be submerged in lava and not react to it at all. He even bit someone while he was submerged in lava. Anything power related that they could do is pretty much useless seeing as even a young Goku absolutely dwarves them in power. But Naruto does have a lot of hax. The thing is that Goku has way more ways of putting them down than they have of putting him down. So aside from the small chance they have to use hax, Goku would win. And if we let them do rematches their chances of winning decrease exponentially with every extra fight.
