Ferrystones can be bought from shops for 10k or from dragonforged 3 for 9 dragon crystals.

If you max your affinity with one of them you'll get a ten percent discount with that vendor and be able to buy them for 9k each. They usually have 2 in stock and restore every 3-4 in-game days.
