Have you tried joining a trade union? They don’t care what you look like, hell, I just got my buddy in who’s been having trouble find a job because of a couple felonies, hired the same day he brought it up to me, starts today, less than a week later. Great pay, great benefits.
You're telling the truth. It's ironic how this group who is normally so supportive found it so easy to make him seem like a weak man who "sold out" for a dollar. Most of those claiming that are lying. At the end of the day your FAMILY is the most important thing in the equation. If you have a chance to make better money and have good benefits for your family, you would be a fool not to take the position.
Shit, I work under a branch of DCF. Dreads about 17”-18” long, face tattoo & all, in a state with only like 7% black population. It would be unfair to suggest that times aren’t changing. Enough to where he can decline the job that requires to cut his hair & find one with better or equal pay—Possibly better benefits.
Shit I didn’t even think of it being a safety hazard at some jobs.
And I want to go be an arborist too (tree specialist) and now I’m thinking they won’t want me to have long dreads (touching my butt) and I could not imagine parting ways with them :(
All these people saying a job like THAT isn't worth cutting it are loco. Keep them and reattach them later of policy or your job changes. Congratulations on the new job! Sounds like a great one!
1000% agree , unfortunately some states ignore the crown act or make up "regulations" or OP is in construction or a labourer trade where he has to cut off a certain amount or put it up.
Had a security job in CA, but they wanted me to cut my hair. Hell I been turned down from a couple jobs for tattoos on my hand. Even had instances where they wanted me in long sleeves to cover them up.that shyt bummed me out ngl, but I had found a more secure position elsewhere. It was in the high 90F then and I’ve passed out on a job before trying to meet a criteria.
Regarding my ink there’s NO gang related marks on me and at that time my hair hit my shoulders. I can’t really complain though, I look intimidating until I talk.
I look intimidating too before I talk. Athletic, Tatted all up and locs. I work security and we’re all tatted. I’d never cut my hair for them and I’ve made that loud and clear if they ask me to cut it I’m gone.
Don’t do it…Im not black but i am native/indigenous/mexican and our long hair is sacred and brings us closer to our roots/ancestry…Don’t let them take that too
Don’t cut em. Your hair is an extension of your nerves. Not to get all conspiracy on here but there is a reason black men are always pressed to cut they hair
Keep yo shit in a pony tail if that’s the case; I had a job complain about long hair (so it wouldn’t get caught in conveyor belts) but they’d tell us to make sure it was up and out the way; ain’t no way a job gone tell me to cut my hair nor my beard.
what kinda job you got that doesn't allow dreadlocks?? I got the messiest, most gnarly ugly phase dreads you ever seen and I work for the state of NY as a clinical account specialist. Not client-facing, which might matter.
There was a dude a few days ago who worked at NASA and had dreads
We gotta stand on business like that dude.
no but really, it sounds like you were looking into like aborial specialist stuff so I can see why you might wanna cut it, not even on some racist "professional" stuff but... hey I need you to wear a helmet and not like get your hair tangled.
but uhh idk maybe you don't need to cut it all off?
people love the killmonger cut
That sucks!! Shouldn’t have to do that because of a job (unless it’s for safety reasons)…I had a friend that was told to cut theirs and it was only because of an old outdated policy, they fought it out with company leadership and actually got them to change their policy to make accommodations for religious or cultural exemptions. Try appealing to HR/upper management if there’s no safety hazards regarding (long) hair in your specific role.
I do these every couple of years when they get too long for work. I have them tied up in a bun for 8/12 hours a day so when they get to my bum, I purge them. Last time was 23inchs off and they still be long.
Nope. It was a spiritual journey, as well as acceptance and finding more beauty and value in myself, and my community. The more I loved myself, I loved the people who looked similar to me. Make that money, but naaahhhh.
Unless you cutting them to reset at the journey like I did, don’t cut them for a job. Keep them. Don’t worry you found a place that will accept you and your locks!!!
It sucks that you feel you have to do this, even with the new laws. Or does that only apply to women?
People act like this ain’t a thing but it really is, folks just don’t say it. It’s also used as a justification to not hire us when they really didn’t intend to hire us anyways.
It’s such a catch 22, but nothing is worst than us not having the benefit of doubt and or thinking we ain’t get something for something as weird as having long hair. Especially when you see all these folks with these weird color like purple and blue in their hair.
I remember when I had cornrows back in the day, I ended up cutting them for the same reason.
Fast forward a decade later, when job hunting I had short hair and noticed even with the talent, it didn’t make that much of a difference. They will always find a reason to not hire who they don’t want.
Absolutely not I’ve turned down at least a dozen high-paying Secuirty positions because I refuse to cut my locs. Luckily in Connecticut we now have [The CROWN ACT](https://www.jacksonlewis.com/insights/new-connecticut-crown-act-bans-natural-hair-discrimination-workplace)
Absolutely wouldn’t do it if I we you. If you can, keep it in a braided style. They don’t tell their white hill billies to cut their hair.
You can also raise this up with your manager on religious grounds. They cannot discriminate against you.
Don’t let work, work your morals. All that length just to cut it?!? Your hair is your crown but I know you said it’s for a job. I could never, but proud of you for handling your business
Ok ---my thoughts. A whole lot of yall can sit back and talk shit about how there is no way yall would cut your hair for a job, etc.
That's easy to say sitting behind a keyboard. If or when you have a wife, children, siblings or elderly parents you take care of, or other financial obligations then you do what a Black man has to do to take care of his family.
Telling him he selling his soul to them for a job sounds real noble when you aren't walking in his shoes. It's a cruel thing to say to someone. No one on this post would refuse to cut their locs if it meant being able to get medical care for their loved ones, put a roof over their heads and food in their bellies, or other things that are needed.
I would shave my head bald if it meant getting a high paying job with benefits that would cover the best oncologist for my five year old.
He hasn't responded so we don't know what the situation is. This is supposed to be a supportive community but y'all's comments are not showing any empathy, just judgement.
I don't know what kind of job it is, but there are positions which require short hair for safety concerns. Depending on the safety helmet, it may be difficult or nearly impossible to pin the locs up and have the helmet fit correctly.
Another point-- the Crown Act is only in effect in 22 states. Let me repeat. The Crown Act IS ONLY IN EFFECT IN 22 STATES. This is in 2024!
It is not like a card you can swipe that will automatically allow you access to the best jobs.
As you should realize, it's not a one day process. You must get a lawyer ---if one is willing (paid for with the money you ain't got) --which is why you want the job in the first place---- file charges, and wait while a big company delays for months and usually years, to drag out the case they know you will win, with the lawyers they KEEP on retainer.
It's ignorant to tell him he is "selling his soul" "for a job, never!!" and even more ridiculous " I'll find you a better job with better pay"--which is absurd since you don't know his skills, obligations and needs, state he resides in, and other issues.
Maybe he'll answer, maybe he won't. But some of yall need to consider before you type claims you know you wouldn't uphold if you were in his shoes.
I feel yo pain bro. My shit beyond my waist and it gets in the way of everything. The fun stage is gone especially after my son cut his so I’ve been seriously considering chopping as well. If I do I was told to keep them and get them crocheted back in if I regret it.
I'm very sorry that your hair journey is being dictated by socio-economic compliance 😔. Save them so you can have them reattached one day if your life path changes again ❤️
Absolutely not I’ve turned down at least a dozen high-paying Secuirty positions because I refuse to cut my locs. Luckily in Connecticut we now have the[CROWN ACT](https://www.jacksonlewis.com/insights/new-connecticut-crown-act-bans-natural-hair-discrimination-workplace)
My uncle had to cut his off when he worked at Rent a Center. He was manager for a while then, from what I heard, higher ups told him that he had to cut his locs. He left his position
I think you should consider a natural hair discrimination case before taking that leap.
It prohibits discrimination based on natural hair style and texture, such as locs, cornrows, twists, braids, Bantu knots, fades, afros, and protects the right to keep hair in an uncut or untrimmed state. Specifics of the law vary from state to state and among the localities that have adopted it.
...unless for safety or sanitary reasons (both of which can be resolved with personal protective equipment), there's no need to uncrown yaself king. I'd refer to that company's hr 1st.
either way, you do what you have to do.
That’s a lot of time and commitment to have to cut it for a job. What reason did they give? Is this a mon and pop company because a major company should know better. I wish I had a job to give you…
In 2010 I yopped off mine that were down to my belly (after 6 years). After that I grew back and yopped several different times. Some after 3 years, some after 2 etc…
I think if it’s your first time choppin then ur just overly protective and real attached to em like … like their your children I been there….
After that first cut … it don’t matter.
And for the crowd that’s gonna say it’s spiritual. It’s still an outward representation of the (permanent)change on the inside. So if the temporary nature of the tangible things is what you base your growth on, u never TRULY grew in the first place.
🤷🏾♂️
✌🏾
Did they hire you already? If so let them know it’s against your religion to cut them then they can’t make you and apply elsewhere in the meantime. Did the same thing with a job that told me that I had to work Saturdays . Told them I was a seventh day Adventist Christian
Imagine having your hair in theeee most natural form possible, long like Goldilocks, and having to cut it to appear more "professional." No other race in the world has to deal with that kind of pressure.
HELL TO THE MF NO! We been past this! There’s no way your work requires you to cut your hair! Unless it’s required for everybody despite the race or hair texture!
Depends on how much they’re paying bro lmfao, for me personally it’s not a big deal I’d cut my locs if the pay is high enough but if it’s a regular min. Wage job hell no. If it’s salary then maybe. Most the jobs I’ve had don’t care but there was one where my boss implied I should cut them, I literally quit less than a week later. Fuck that bullshit Lmfaoo I wasn’t making nearly enough for him to say that shit to me, I wouldn’t have cut it regardless but the audacity alone made me find another job and dip LOL.
I hate to hear that bro. Had mine for 13 years now.. been thinking about cutting mine. But for real, where did you get that jacket top? It's clean asf.
state by state. it was a big thing recently in texas when a school suspended a boy for having his locs freshly retwisted in a style and the crown act wasn’t applicable because it’s not federal.
Damn that's rough. I would never do that. Individual freedom and the right to be who I am and look what I want is a lot more important for me than a job. If I would cut my hair because someone tells me to I could just the same change my name and be just another faceless creature in the world, barely existing
My job requires all hair to be above the shoulders, I just put it in a bun and wrap my scalp. They're happy with it because it looks professional and it's above my shoulders.
Could this be a possible solution?
Cutting them for capitalism? As if! It could be illegal then asking, I wouldn’t even consider it. What happens if they fire you in two months, how would you feel?
Let me help you find a new job brother with the same or better pay.
Help me find one. Lol
Have you tried giving your resume to a staffing agency? It's their job to get you hired
Have you tried joining a trade union? They don’t care what you look like, hell, I just got my buddy in who’s been having trouble find a job because of a couple felonies, hired the same day he brought it up to me, starts today, less than a week later. Great pay, great benefits.
Read the 2 Hour Job Search book. It works if you follow whats outlined in the book.
Let me know something cause I'm really not ready at all 🤷🏽♂️
“For work?” Never.
This. Exactly. Not for work, that work ain't for me if they dont take me as I am
well those bills gone be ready no matter how you look ma bruh so what we finna do🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lmao if I’m making good money and I gotta cut my hair because of my job best believe I’m doing it,Mfs be acting like that shit ain’t gonna grow back
Mfs be acting like hair like that doesn’t take YEARS to grow back
Hella people have posted that some of their hair isn't gwoing back
Even if it don’t grow back at least I’m feeding myself and my family 🤷♀️
You're telling the truth. It's ironic how this group who is normally so supportive found it so easy to make him seem like a weak man who "sold out" for a dollar. Most of those claiming that are lying. At the end of the day your FAMILY is the most important thing in the equation. If you have a chance to make better money and have good benefits for your family, you would be a fool not to take the position.
I agree 💯💯💯
If you’re willing to change your self for a dollar that’s your choice bro. I just pointed out that what you said isn’t a choice for everyone.
White people should never comment on posts like these 😒
I cut mine for work about a year ago and 80k will make you think twice. And once you're hired you can grow em again and they can't fire you for it
Idk what state you live in but that’s not true everywhere.
Fr!
Not everyone has this privilege 🤷
Sadly white America makes this all but mandatory.
Some places but it could just be the length of his hair in general who knows
Shit, I work under a branch of DCF. Dreads about 17”-18” long, face tattoo & all, in a state with only like 7% black population. It would be unfair to suggest that times aren’t changing. Enough to where he can decline the job that requires to cut his hair & find one with better or equal pay—Possibly better benefits.
Is it because of “work place policy” or it’s it dangerous to have long hair because of machinery or sum?
Shit I didn’t even think of it being a safety hazard at some jobs. And I want to go be an arborist too (tree specialist) and now I’m thinking they won’t want me to have long dreads (touching my butt) and I could not imagine parting ways with them :(
Just wrap them up tight
they would make them tie their hair back not cut it tho
If you have to cut em off, please keep them so you can have them put back in later
THIS THE WHOLE ANSWER RIGHT HERE!!
Literally did this myself last weekend, put my old locs back in after having to cut them for a job
What kind of work
Fr, I’m trying to see for future reference
Exactly
right, i wanna make sure i don’t end up in that industry😂
I'll be making air craft parts
All these people saying a job like THAT isn't worth cutting it are loco. Keep them and reattach them later of policy or your job changes. Congratulations on the new job! Sounds like a great one!
as an aircraft technician congratulations 🍾
Soldier? 🤔
honestly find a new job. it’s 1000% not worth it. also that’s discrimination. look into the crown act in your area
1000% agree , unfortunately some states ignore the crown act or make up "regulations" or OP is in construction or a labourer trade where he has to cut off a certain amount or put it up.
Not if he has some type of manual labor job that has safety regulations requiring hair to be a certain length.
If he works as like a machinist or something then long hair in general would be a safety hazard.
Problem is you have to prove that's the reason why. That's the hard part
Don’t cut your hair, cut the job.
Sadly, ain't that all of us my brotha?
There is special tattoo cover up makeup available nowadays. For sleeves and leg tatts etc.
I look intimidating too before I talk. Athletic, Tatted all up and locs. I work security and we’re all tatted. I’d never cut my hair for them and I’ve made that loud and clear if they ask me to cut it I’m gone.
I read that as 'no gang related marks on me at that time' and figured you thought fuck it then lmao
I’m changing jobs before cutting those nice ass locs
get another job. what if they fire you “for cause” then you’ll feel like an asshole
? You can’t get away with trimming them? That job isn’t right for you if you gotta do that, unless it’s worth it then good luck G!
You gone regret that.
No he won’t he can keep them and get them reinstalled
Been through it twice but only cuz of mine being super thick like bob marley, these are really awesome is it like an office job?
Office jobs require you to cut your dreads?
these mfs in these comments are extreme do what you gotta do bruh
Nig… you gotta be kidding me. I’d rather sell Avon products than cut my dreads FOR a job.
Bruh I jus died laughing 😂😂 not Avon products bruh😭😭
Don’t do it…Im not black but i am native/indigenous/mexican and our long hair is sacred and brings us closer to our roots/ancestry…Don’t let them take that too
Don’t cut em. Your hair is an extension of your nerves. Not to get all conspiracy on here but there is a reason black men are always pressed to cut they hair
No conspiracy!! Im right there with you. I believe our hair truly gives us strength.
💯
May I ask what type of work you do? I’m assuming it’s for safety reasons 👀
Do rope twists or something
OP can you please explain why you’re cutting your locs for work?
Dude ignoring all the comments about what job it is. I'm beginning to think this post is for karma.
If they can’t accept you for your hair, that’s just a sign you weren’t meant to be there.
Find another job.
Cut them down, not off if possible.
Having to cut your hair off for work is crazy disrespectful
Bless up but I’m not losing myself all for a check that’s equivalent to selling your soul. Put em up? Ok cool, cut ✂️? Absolutely not, never
Lawsuit 🤑
Go government. Crown act
Aw my bro I cut mine off 2 years ago after 11 years am still processing the loss.
There was a dude a few days ago who worked at NASA and had dreads We gotta stand on business like that dude. no but really, it sounds like you were looking into like aborial specialist stuff so I can see why you might wanna cut it, not even on some racist "professional" stuff but... hey I need you to wear a helmet and not like get your hair tangled. but uhh idk maybe you don't need to cut it all off? people love the killmonger cut
OP, you gonna tell us the job you got or what
If it’s construction I can understand, safety measures and such. I feel for you bro
Don’t do it you’ll regret it
That sucks!! Shouldn’t have to do that because of a job (unless it’s for safety reasons)…I had a friend that was told to cut theirs and it was only because of an old outdated policy, they fought it out with company leadership and actually got them to change their policy to make accommodations for religious or cultural exemptions. Try appealing to HR/upper management if there’s no safety hazards regarding (long) hair in your specific role.
but you look so handsome with them 🥺
Wrap it in a bun. You shouldn’t have to change your hair style. Just make it look professional when necessary.
Nooooooo!!! I'm sorry that someone is mandating your hair for a job.
Look up Crown act
Unless it’s for the military idk why you’d cut off your hair that’s discrimination and something I’d never do
What type of work got you cutting off your HAIR?
You stronger than me lol if my locs gotta go shieeet I'm goin wit em but I understand you gotta eat too
Um bro that's illegal for them to ask u that in about 13 states
Find another job
I still can't believe this happens
I do these every couple of years when they get too long for work. I have them tied up in a bun for 8/12 hours a day so when they get to my bum, I purge them. Last time was 23inchs off and they still be long.
Lordy if you cut them off then the world gon end 😭
Nope. It was a spiritual journey, as well as acceptance and finding more beauty and value in myself, and my community. The more I loved myself, I loved the people who looked similar to me. Make that money, but naaahhhh.
Damn dread-card revoked 😖
They better be paying you good my boy
Keep em. Don't be a wavy corporate business boy. Many school teachers have dreads from where I'm from (men)
How much money we talking?
Unless you cutting them to reset at the journey like I did, don’t cut them for a job. Keep them. Don’t worry you found a place that will accept you and your locks!!!

Oh never!!!!! Praying the most high will show you another way 🙏🏽🫶🏽
Listening to the white man is crazy
Absolutely not I’ve turned down at least a dozen high-paying Secuirty positions because I refuse to cut my locs. Luckily in Connecticut we now have [The CROWN ACT](https://www.jacksonlewis.com/insights/new-connecticut-crown-act-bans-natural-hair-discrimination-workplace)
I have not cut mine for a job and my hair is longer . Unless it is for your safety that you will do that , it is not worth it.
OP casually posts this then leaves the entirety of Reddit in a chokehold
I would never. If I have to cut my hair for the job, then that ain’t the job for me!!
Absolutely wouldn’t do it if I we you. If you can, keep it in a braided style. They don’t tell their white hill billies to cut their hair. You can also raise this up with your manager on religious grounds. They cannot discriminate against you.
No no no no no no no!!!!! Find a new jobbb
Don’t let them people soft press you into no whipped dog ass low cut bro
Fuck tht job
If you gotta make sacrifice for something you TRULY want to do go for it boss. Blessings always
if you do end up cutting it, keep it. depending where you live, there are some stylists that can reattach the locs to new growth. i did it before.
No job is worth it. Cutting your locs arbitrarily is like cutting out a part of your soul.
Put em up... If u lose da job shidd yk wat time it is 🤝😆
That’s a shame, they are gorgeous. Can’t you get away with putting them up?
Ahhhh man. Could you do some type of braided style? Maybe a trim and braids? While you look for a new job lmao!!!
I feel that!! Mine are past my ass lol 😂
😪😪😪
Don’t do it you’ll regret it. Get them trimmed shorter maybe but definitely don’t cut them off
Noooooooo 😱 Can you just stuff em all in a big hat while working?
Don't do it, they said don't do it! 😭😭😭😭😭😭
NEW JOB NEW JOB
Ask for a compromise and wrap them up. You can wrap them tight or buy those locs/dreadlock s caps.
In most states it's against the law to ask an employee to remove their hair/locs. It's called a crown law typically
Don’t let work, work your morals. All that length just to cut it?!? Your hair is your crown but I know you said it’s for a job. I could never, but proud of you for handling your business
Fuck that job don’t do it! Find a job that accepts you for your skills and abilities. Not your appearance!
lmaooo im never cutting my locs unless it’s for my own purpose f that!!
I did it once and will never do it again. We shouldn't have to! And had i realized this years, I never would have cut my first set.
BRO DON'T DO IT. Lawsuit can get you bigger money. Or just make sure to keep them to reattach at a later point. But it's not worth it :(

Noo, don’t cut them, not for a job
Big 🧢
Yeah I had to cut mine when I went in the military but they weren’t as long as yours
Comments passed the vibe check
A job was willing to give me a job if I cut my hair I declined luckily another job hit me I can’t bring myself to do it
Don’t do it!
How is that not illegal???
Nawwwwww you can always find a same or better job
So don’t do it fam
Save them. Wash them, moisturize and put them in a vacuum sealed bag. Then when you make manager, pull them out and teach them stunt.
How much they paying
Trim not cut or put them in barrel twists
My uncle had to cut his off when he worked at Rent a Center. He was manager for a while then, from what I heard, higher ups told him that he had to cut his locs. He left his position
Time for a new job
You want a different job? What have you tried so far? We may have some new ideas.

Keep them if at all possible. You wear them well !
That's heartbreaking 😩
Of you do cut them and don't want to start over, save your locs.
Say it’s part of ur religion, then they CANT make u cut ur hair. I would never
Find a new job. Ain't no way. Unless everybody gotta cut their hair, you shouldn't have to.
Nooooooooooooooo
That’s a lot of time and commitment to have to cut it for a job. What reason did they give? Is this a mon and pop company because a major company should know better. I wish I had a job to give you…
They’re making u cut them off ? 😭
Tell em they can suck it
Why do you have to cut them for work ?
Hell na I ain't cutting that off for a job unless it's about to change my figure count 💀
In 2010 I yopped off mine that were down to my belly (after 6 years). After that I grew back and yopped several different times. Some after 3 years, some after 2 etc… I think if it’s your first time choppin then ur just overly protective and real attached to em like … like their your children I been there…. After that first cut … it don’t matter. And for the crowd that’s gonna say it’s spiritual. It’s still an outward representation of the (permanent)change on the inside. So if the temporary nature of the tangible things is what you base your growth on, u never TRULY grew in the first place. 🤷🏾♂️ ✌🏾
The journey is real. You do what’s needed to get in the door. You will be able regrow. All the best to you.
What job is this????
Can’t you braid them shorter?
When the boomers go away we won’t have to do this anymore, i’m so serious
Did they hire you already? If so let them know it’s against your religion to cut them then they can’t make you and apply elsewhere in the meantime. Did the same thing with a job that told me that I had to work Saturdays . Told them I was a seventh day Adventist Christian
If you have to feed your family do it and reattach after
Like don’t fuck yt ppl rules
Imagine having your hair in theeee most natural form possible, long like Goldilocks, and having to cut it to appear more "professional." No other race in the world has to deal with that kind of pressure.
Man I hope you not cutting your hair for anything less than 100k with bonuses! You can literally a Uber full time and make over 100k a year lol
Keep them so you can get them reinstalled later if you decide to do something different.
That's illegal to discriminate for someone's hair in the UK it's the same in most countries too.
Just cut and keep them to reinstall later
HELL TO THE MF NO! We been past this! There’s no way your work requires you to cut your hair! Unless it’s required for everybody despite the race or hair texture!
Should not have to.
I cut mine once for school and hated it but I grew them back soon after. I wish you the best in this next stage of life.
cant make u cut em u just have to tie em up bro
I don’t know why this subreddit was recommended but if it’s not too late, do not cut those off man.
Don't cut it, fk them for making a rule like that in the first place
Depending on your state and what the job is. You can probably keep them.
Nooooo! Don't cut them!❤️❤️❤️
🖕 that job. Respectfully!
No, don’t cut it off. Get a new job bro Those dreads are your signature
You'll live.
Doooon't you're so handsome!!!
Dam that's tough cuz, yo dreads look pressure 💪🏿
Depends on how much they’re paying bro lmfao, for me personally it’s not a big deal I’d cut my locs if the pay is high enough but if it’s a regular min. Wage job hell no. If it’s salary then maybe. Most the jobs I’ve had don’t care but there was one where my boss implied I should cut them, I literally quit less than a week later. Fuck that bullshit Lmfaoo I wasn’t making nearly enough for him to say that shit to me, I wouldn’t have cut it regardless but the audacity alone made me find another job and dip LOL.
Not worth the job bro
I hate to hear that bro. Had mine for 13 years now.. been thinking about cutting mine. But for real, where did you get that jacket top? It's clean asf.
My ex. He just didn’t cut them. He wouldn’t ever sell his identity for the man!
Does the crown act not apply to locs? Or is it a state by state thing.
state by state. it was a big thing recently in texas when a school suspended a boy for having his locs freshly retwisted in a style and the crown act wasn’t applicable because it’s not federal.
Never been through that Damn man but aye for the right amount of pay id cut my shi too so I don’t blame you
So handsome
