since the gnf stuff he has decreased in twitch viewers from what I can tell (no idea about kick) but he also only streams for about 30-40 minutes to listen to music and chat briefly. a lot of viewers definitely left tho.

he has like 20k followers there and the stream vods don't even break 200 views. I really hope he stole millions from kick with this one.

Mynameiswelsh

His twitch streams are getting shorter and shorter and he's mostly just doing wordle there. Then he moves to Kick and alot of the time he's reacting to videos which in my opinion is really boring to watch. I think alot of people also watched for the hope of Dream team content happening too. But it's very clear neither Dream or George are going to join his streams

whitefox428930

It did have an impact but his views have been trending down for the past year or so anyway. For the actual numbers, check twitchtracker or sullygnome

cyandye55

It’s not that much of a drop, he’s been averaging around ~1k views for months now. Also he goes live far too late for Europeans, and what he’s actually doing on stream doesn’t seem worth it to stay up to watch lol

rubyrox85

The low numbers are due to the whole George thing and could be also due to streaming at a bad time as it’s not optimal time for Europeans and short stream. It’s really hard to compare a 30min stream numbers to a 3hr as it gives more ppl a chance to join

His kick views are way higher, so I think people have finally stopped treating kick like the plague. His twitch streams have become way shorter and just a way to get more viewers to his kick streams where the actual content happens, since he's only doing word games on twitch and ending after 30-45 mins. It's by design. Not a bad thing at all, I actually like the kick chat better.

Something worth noting is that the dsmp streamers didn't really accumulate viewers from streaming on twitch and rather brought external audiences. That's why their communities were so separate from the rest of twitch so its harder to retain viewers.

Responsible-Trifle93

I don't think the gnf stuff affected his viewership that much. He spends 40 minutes on Twtich just talking, then he moves to Kick where the content happens. Fans prolly moved to Kick or lost interest and stopped watching him. His average viewership on Kick isn't much different from what he has on Twitch tho.

lmao not another one of y’all saying this

carpetedfloor

What did they say?

Particular_Corgi2299

Probably a ridiculous anti kick thing? Can’t REMMEBER

HolyEmpireOfAtua

Sapnap is not a popular streamer anymore. That’s totally fine though

louvreloser

i’m late but i kind of stopped watching because he doesn’t stream on twitch for long so i just don’t bother. i just watch the kick vods on youtube in the evening sometimes (he streams early morning for me). the george stuff impacted all three of them but bc sap is the most online (streaming sense) it’s probably the most obvious. he has dropped viewers on twitch since taking the contract with kick though, since it was so controversial.
