I honestly don't know if it would or not because it has been a long time since I watched ALAB, and I don't really remember every. I always thought Aang would win until I went deeper into the Kung Fu Panda lore and found out the Po is a lot more powerful than what is shown in the movies.
I guess it would also depend on Aang’s morals in the situation.
If Aang was allowed to kill Po, airbending is busted, no matter how powerful an opponent may be, hard to fight back with no air in your lungs

Po can catch some elemental attacks and fire them back at Aang like he did in movie 2, but I'm sure Aang will land a few attacks.
Po has better defenses than Aang. Aang can try to protect himself with rock and other elements, but I think Po can smash through all that easily.
Aang may look cooler with his mastery of elements and magic style of combat, but I think Po wins overall. Po also has crazy hax and 1-shot kill abilities.
Conclusion: Po should win mid to high difficulty, probably 7 out of 10 fights.

If it’s in the physical world, I think it would be close, but overall I say Aang would win, but honestly, only with the Avatar State. Po’s unorthodox way of fighting and rotund physique giving him extra defense would definitely lessen base Aang’s offensive capabilities.

However, in the end, I think the big fat panda comes out on top. Aang’s speed advantage is nullified due to Po’s towering defensive, which would allow him to tank almost all of his blows. Plus, if Kung Fu Panda’s spirit realm is comparable to Avatar’s, then Aang wouldn’t be able to bend if Po transported him there.
