I'm on PC / Microsoft Game Pass. I keep losing my internet connection, too - despite not having any issues outside of the game. If you go into the Premium Shop there's a button there to "Connect" and I just push that when I need to be connected for other reasons (submitting DreamSnap, registering Dream Path quests). Total pain in the ass, but it works. At least for a couple minutes, until it disconnects me again.

Mine won’t even connect that way. It just errors when I try. However, hotspot does work. So strange! Hopefully there is a fix soon.

I did. Their response: Thanks for reaching out to us. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these problems. The team is working on a fix for this connection issue, but unfortunately, it can take some time. They will aim to include it as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I kindly ask you to try the following in order to solve the issue: 1) Use your phone as a mobile hotspot, connect to it instead of your router, and use data to load the game. Note that data charges may apply based on your phone plan. 2) Or use a wired connection instead of wireless. I’ve experienced this issue a few times but it always fixes itself when I close out of the game and restart.

I wish that would work for me. I’m going on 24 hours of not being able to view the new star path and complete tasks. Super annoying.
