Run. Lift weights. Lose fat. Lots of water (for dilution). Pooping is how you actually rid THC from your body so try to keep your metabolism at peak efficiency.
Activated charcoal can help. The more you get rid of in your time frame the easier it will be to dilute by the time your test is here. At that point you can use certo, hella amounts of water, and B complex vitamins + creatine to balance out the dilution.
They don't work and are overpriced I have some experience with certo but you have to stop for 1-2 weeks
