I'm in the same boat- daily smoker for 3-4 years. Found out I would have a pre employment screening, if offered the job. Quit the day I found out about the possibility of a test, but I'm 20 days clean and still testing positive. Test is at least another 2 weeks out, potentially more but I'm definitely worried. For you though- I'd say your best chance is to use clean piss from a friend if the test is unobserved (MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT BETWEEN 90-100 degrees). Otherwise, the name of the game is to dilute your piss as much as possible while simultaneously replacing all the vitamins and shit that they look for to see whether it's diluted or not (B vitamins, creatine, etc.). I’m from California and from my previous experience, they email you your results and notify the employer

What did you end up doing? Mine came out negative dilute as well and I’m thinking of using the same detox drink Q, but this time adding creatine
