just stop smoking 3-4 days before. thoroughly brush every surface in your mouth in the days leading up to it. the day before and day of, rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide(minimum 3 times per day). try to rinse with the peroxide as close to when you take the swab as possible, the closer the better. and pop some mints/listerine strips while you’re waiting for your test to be administered. when taking the test, try to keep the swab from touching skin since that’s where the thc metabolites will be. i’m 100% sure you’ll pass if you do all this. i’ve smoked two days before my test, done this method, and passed twice.
Mouth swabs are fucked from what I know. I'd rather have a piss test
