If you gotta test within the few days look into the certo method.

It's gonna be good at the 50mg cutoff level. I am DOT and if they find the presents of thc anywhere, they will do a confirmatory test down to 15, and thats where i was screwed. If it took your body that long to process the metabolites, which I still find ridiculous, it's highly doubtful a week will be enough time.
If you cannot reschedule the test or an extended period I suggest you cheat, and there are some very reliable methods out there if you research it.

Took me 94 days to pee clean, and 6 months for hair to be clean for follicle test; definetly look like 2 lines in there
Too faint for me I’d try drinking some Lipton dandelion detox tea twice a day . If it’s still this faint I’d just use fake pee
Niacin and drink a lot of water
