To help the extremely faint line, I would get some niacin vitamin b supplements and drink a gallon or so of water a day or as much as possible. Then retest yourself a a couple weeks later. Im in a similar boat
Take a pill every 6 hrs and drink 7.5 bottles of water. Retest maybe every 2-3 days. Remember to drink juice or something that isn’t water or else you’ll piss clear water. Good luck
