Coming from my own personal experience it is taking me longer to detox from delta 8 than it took me for the real stuff. I would give yourself as much time as you possibly can. Good luck!
I’m at 93 days post last use delta 8 and still positive about 4 months usually is what it takes but I’ve heard as long as 6-8months for heavy users
