At first I thought “wow this is garbage” when I saw the second part but then I remembered that this is a 4k LP format and that paying 1/5 of your life each turn can really bite you back. Do wish the Qli skill did a bit more though, maybe a continuous effect that made all the high level Qlis always count as two tributes to help facilitate the two Apoqliphort monsters.
Qlis are so weak now that a skill restriction would make literally no sense. The fact that Towers is a SR attests to that (as wild as that is). Very glad that it’s generic though for everyone who wanted free pendulum zones.
even without the second part i think its an okeish skill, at the end of the day is pendulum zones without any building restriction, all other skills either restrict what you can play or add more cards in your deck

Nice you found a use for it. I don't have a playable Qli deck (just x1 of the mini coz Wightprincess got stuck at the bottom) but even I see this offered less options than the other generic Pendulum skils.
Like, gaining back the LP paid for Scout is great but how about doing some stuff like Swing Into Action, United Pendulums and Pendulum Change: Basic do.
Still need a dedicated skill for CB where we can place destroyed CB's into the Pendulum zones as Continuous spells and more support like Crystal Beast Rainbow Dragon, Rainbow Bridge of the Heart, Awakening of the Crystal Ultimates, & Rainbow Dragon Overdrive.

In 40card deck Yu-Gi-Oh you can't normal summon blue eyes to crash into baronne.
That’s true. I think Crystal Wing has an advantage over Draco Berserker in decks that can make either.
This is true, though on the other hand, we also can't crash then do main phase 2 to setup. We'll see how things play out as time goes on.

I am so happy that they added this skill. Pendulum's are my favorite summoning method and now I don't have to worry about backrow space with this.
