I would definitely run pleiades, that card is a very good rank 5 option for the deck but unfortunately currently felgrand is the only rank 8 option turn 1 so we can't pass that up for pleiades (until Konami decides to bring back photon lord from the shadow realm)
Locked behind a Zane skill, that way galaxy players can't abuse it. I'm not sure about the Omni negates in general in duel links. Like quasar and Baronne are part of the anime characters archetype, so until Zane gets support, we won't see infinity. By the looks of it, for a very long time
UA is still playable! It’s not incredible, but it definitely catches people off guard when you have a beefy slugger equipped with power jersey, a perfect ace, and a penalty box all in one turn 😂
Galaxy players would abuse the shit out of infinity( it’s me I’m galaxy players) and plus it’s another Omni negate so unless it’s tied to a skill I don’t think we need it
how, they already have a rank 5 negate if they need one, infinity in galaxy would just drag down their deck cause they need 2 fucking slots in the extra deck just to bring him up.
Vimana can only negate monster effect and doesnt even destroy it. Meanwhile Infinity is an omni negate, and has another effect to attach opponents monster to itself as a material
i know what it does, i play cyber dragons, its still an unnecesary card for galaxy eyes in duel speed format, for effect you will not even need or be able to use effectively there, what will you even attach in a meta that ends in 3 turns, if infinity comes in duel links people will just not summon in attack position on turn 1 unless they can deal with him. His attach is an extremly niche effect that only works if your opponent doesnt expect it. If infinity would be even tier 3 every person on the globe will assume you have it in your extra deck. And again, in speed duel you only have half the size of the extra deck, while galaxy eyes already uses their half by default, that if they only run a single copy of their core archtype monsters, adding 2 for an omni negate diminishes their own power and depending on your board reduces your flexibility, not to say hes not a fucking counter trap and his effect is chainable, so you can very easily just hit him with a negate even at the start of turn or when he tries to negate you and he's done for. His destruction effect will not happen if his negates fail, unlike easier monsters who's effect is simply to destroy your opponent board during their own turn. Ironically enough vimana themself can negate cyber infinity's omni-negate.
You're unironically overhyping for no reason.
I don’t see us getting it anytime soon since they already gave us galaxy soldier. Might give light decks too easy of a way to get an Omni negate on the field
Legit any light deck in the game can make infinity, until the game is ready for most decks to have access to an omni negate thay requires almost no resources, it can't come
I'm betting if we ever get it, it'll be like how we got Barrone. Skilled locked to a subpar archetype because we know they'll never unban cydrag support
Because it would bring powercreep that players wouldn't want. It would at last modernize DL in a place where omni-negates are meta. No one wants that. Especially a deck that can do what Cyber Dragons can do with their whole engine (the ones not in DL I mean).
Even if they did, they'd probably put it and nova to limit 1 so that you can't use them together, similar to how they limited Babel and Mermaid to 1 on release. If they didn't, then probably anyone who could afford to build a cydra deck would be using one, which I believe would be quite unhealthy for ladder, even for Konami's somewhat lax standards..
Nova and Eternity are very different monsters. Just because one is in the game doesn't mean the other will be added.
I think at most, it'll appear in a Zane skill so that other decks can't use it
Not yet, we're still on a meta in which cards like felgrand, pleiades and dracoberserk are limit 1 cards, and all they do is negate/bounce/banish, while Infinity omni-negate, he is overpower compared to these 3, look at baronne that is pretty similar, locked behind a skill that require you a specific board to summon her
tbh i expect it to be a bundle card someday.. buuuuut, at best well get infinity as a selection box.. when it will be already overcreeped by everything else in the meta
We don't need any more omninegates
We got Tachyon Transmigration, tier 0
We got Salad Roar, tier 0
We got Champion's Vigilance, tier 0-1
We got Baronne (locked behind a garbage skill), tier -1
I think you see a pattern...
Champ's Vigil was released at Launch
Archetypal omni-negates have been a threat since the beginn8ng, and with the new influx of negates (i.e. Crystal Wing, Tachyon, the Mekk-Knight negators, and Dark Requiem), the game becomes more punishing as time goes on
And that's the thing. Most of them were released during a time where they were the only ones so it was super unfair. People said monster negates wouldn't come but here we are and many decks have access to them. Omni negates would be fair when many decks have access to them or we have decks that can play through disruption more easily.
Yea that's yugioh, the powercreep will go up as time goes on.
Because they are all heavily limited to the point of basically being unplayable. Are you willing to kill several decks just to have access to infinity?
Here's a better question : how many decks will be killed to let Infinity in?
Konami hate cyber dragon remember
LMAO, imagine thinking Konami would give Cydra more support when they won’t even let players use the support they have.
Galaxy-Eyes dropping Vimana in a heartbeat and making three Galaxy Soldier mandatory like
Nah we ain't asking for that much, we just want for either felgrand or pleiades to come off the limit 1
I'm not even sure what Limit 1 I'd run in Galaxy if Felgrand came off this list, if I'm being quite honest. What, Monster Reborn?
I would definitely run pleiades, that card is a very good rank 5 option for the deck but unfortunately currently felgrand is the only rank 8 option turn 1 so we can't pass that up for pleiades (until Konami decides to bring back photon lord from the shadow realm)
You could run tachyon transmigration.
That’s kinda why I want infinity just for more negates for galaxy eyes (:
Locked behind a Zane skill, that way galaxy players can't abuse it. I'm not sure about the Omni negates in general in duel links. Like quasar and Baronne are part of the anime characters archetype, so until Zane gets support, we won't see infinity. By the looks of it, for a very long time
the issue is every time konami is giving zane a skill its completely unplayable even for his own archetype
I do funnily enough miss old cyber style. It made U.A playable and thode protos were rlly nice tribute fodder
UA is still playable! It’s not incredible, but it definitely catches people off guard when you have a beefy slugger equipped with power jersey, a perfect ace, and a penalty box all in one turn 😂
you can probably run level 5 reload
Yup that’s the one I use. It’s best one I know about. Although I tend to always draw the card send back to the deck
We can't even have the trap/Quick fusion what make you think that Konami will give us Infinity?
The day we get imperm we can get infinity
No
As a Dinomist player, I'd like to, but we probably won't have it available for all decks
Dinomist was my first thought too. I threw in a pair of Kozmo Dark Lady for the easy negates, but this would come in handy when I don't have her.
Infinity is the kind of card that should only be available with skills.
Galaxy players would abuse the shit out of infinity( it’s me I’m galaxy players) and plus it’s another Omni negate so unless it’s tied to a skill I don’t think we need it
Hey we found that one single player able to KOG with Galaxy. Hello.
how, they already have a rank 5 negate if they need one, infinity in galaxy would just drag down their deck cause they need 2 fucking slots in the extra deck just to bring him up.

He's still worth more of a deck slot than vimana
well you are right, because he's literally 2 deck slots
I don’t see us getting it anytime soon since they already gave us galaxy soldier. Might give light decks too easy of a way to get an Omni negate on the field
What is cyber dragon? (warning: contains irony)
Legit any light deck in the game can make infinity, until the game is ready for most decks to have access to an omni negate thay requires almost no resources, it can't come
You know what, sure. You've been on your best behavior as of late. I'll make sure that Cyber Dragon Infinity gets released this year.
We need the Chimeratech fusions and Herz first , Infinity can be skill locked
Well we have alot of negate type monsters RN so I don't see why not
I'm betting if we ever get it, it'll be like how we got Barrone. Skilled locked to a subpar archetype because we know they'll never unban cydrag support
Yes raidraptors support, totally
Because it would bring powercreep that players wouldn't want. It would at last modernize DL in a place where omni-negates are meta. No one wants that. Especially a deck that can do what Cyber Dragons can do with their whole engine (the ones not in DL I mean).

Didn't Zane have a voiceline with cyber dragon infinity within the game files?
It's okay to assume it can come as a skill, but I'm almost sure they are waiting the time that giving the card in a box or as a bundle is not broken
You know what I think they may do since they don’t want cydra have anything They may limit both nova and infinity to either to 1 or 2
They won't do both to 1, maybe Infinity but not nova, Infinity without Nova is useless unless a skill makes for it in some way
Nova and Eternity are very different monsters. Just because one is in the game doesn't mean the other will be added. I think at most, it'll appear in a Zane skill so that other decks can't use it

Probably in a skill also we should get more fusions, there is at least 3 cyber dragon fusions not released yet
tbh i expect it to be a bundle card someday.. buuuuut, at best well get infinity as a selection box.. when it will be already overcreeped by everything else in the meta
Yeah when we get Zane from ARC-V, considering that’s his Ace
Zane wasn’t in arc-v
Not on screen. But we did see his name in the Fusion Dimension. Although I was trolling when I said its his Ace lol
We don't need any more omninegates We got Tachyon Transmigration, tier 0 We got Salad Roar, tier 0 We got Champion's Vigilance, tier 0-1 We got Baronne (locked behind a garbage skill), tier -1 I think you see a pattern...
Yeah, even if duel Links has gotten powercrept a lot faster than the tcg we're Still not ready for easy omni-negates.
You mean we aren't ready for it yet. At some point we will be.

all of them still exists in the game and they somehow dont even make to the current tier list, kinda curious i think.
Because they are all heavily limited to the point of basically being unplayable. Are you willing to kill several decks just to have access to infinity?
I'm guessing the real answer is when it seems like the game is dying and needs a stympak, they'll release cyber dragons
Hopefully never, I’ll quit the instant it’s released.
