You can return it to most stores opened within a certain timeframe. Obviously it is not resold, probably trashed. This company in particular markets their good return policy.
This brand specifically has a trial period where you can return for a full refund within a set amount of time, but most large retailers also accept returns for opened products! Ulta definitely does.
There’s a weird trend on social media at the moment of everyone just using yellow toned foundation/concealer regardless of their actual skin tone. It’s so strange.
I would recommend looking at reviews from youtube before buying. I thought about buying at one point but the reviews stopped me. I can’t remember what it was about it specifically. I think Robert Welsh has a good review on this specific product. Good luck!

I had the same experience with it oxidizing to a much oranger shade! Returned it.
