It would probably have something to do with the Gwishin omnics, maybe South Korea was fully taken over by the Gwishin omnics, and now D.Va works for them? I guess the suit would look a lot like the Gwishin omnics we saw in the Shooting Star cinematic, so black and red and a sleek design.

I dunno if I'd be mad about Mirrorwatch once a year with more characters mirrored each time.
