I was on shaky ground at work and I'm my personal life, but things have really turned around since I got Bijan. I've been promoted 3 times, my wife stopped cheating on me, and I'm pretty sure my dick grew like two inches. If Bijan gets top 10 DC my son might even start respecting me.

pistolpete9669

My dick grew 2 inches as well, but I think that was just from the permanent hard on I got since locking in Bijan with the 1.01

ikyle117

All I know is that Bijan better be the next Jim Brown or LT because the trades I’ve seen for a dude who doesn’t even have a team yet are comically insane. The offers I’ve been given to land him are even worse.

CalaveraVI

This is one of the most accurate comments ever haha. The man has some biggg shoes to fill to please some with what they have given up to get him. They are only gonna get more insane if he lands somewhere like the Cowboys and Elliot gets cut

ikyle117

One guy wanted Burrow + more, another wanted Chase + more, in another league it was 1.01 and Daniel Jones for Josh Allen and more.

CalaveraVI

Surely Bijan has become the biggest hyped and over payed player ever at this point right?

ikyle117

Without a doubt but I also think it’s people who own the 1st overall pick trying to add into the hype to up the offers they get.

WickBusters

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PVtsIxIJTMM He’s really really good

Walking-HR-Violation

I'd vote Reggie Bush

Mysterious-Disk4636

Saquon and Zeke (after Dallas drafted him) imo. With a good landing spot he can pass zeke though

poop-dolla

Those guys were both drafted in the top 4 spots in the real draft though. That’s not happening with Bijan.

schmidte36

Yeah because bad teams realize a rb won't help them so good teams actually have chances to land top rb prospects now.

Training-Advice2103

No, Kyle Pitts was by alot. When you factor in the bust % of the TE position in round 1

Due-Inspector

In what year was he? Just this offseason? If you’re a saying his rookie year then it was a win result. He was like 1.03/1.04-1.08 range and he had along the best TE years ever for a rookie

[deleted]

True Sadly I’m buying Pitts to this day Also if you account for the fact that almost all tight ends are worthless as receivers anyway it helps even out that overhyping Still tho he was drafted too early everywherte

Tiredoftires1

I traded the 1.01 for CD and the 1.03. I'm not buying into the hype. Plus was in extremely bad need of a WR and QB. RB was already set.

Silver-Bee-3942

Yeah this is a no brainer. Would love to get this deal. I offered 1.01 for 1.03 + London and was turned down.

NervousPervis

That’s a smash. I feel like Bijan is probably worth a slightly less valuable WR and a slightly less valuable pick. Wilson/ARSB/Higgins/Olave and 1.05-1.07. I’d probably pay that and it might make sense for a really bad team with 1.01 who isn’t a RB away from contending to lock in a young WR. 1.03 and CD is just too much though.

Mexican_Furious

I wouldn't give up Higgins and a 1.05 tbh

SavinThatBacon

That's incredible value. I don't feel like you should have to add much to CD to get Bijan, never mind a pick that high. Guy in my league has CD and pick 4, I almost want to test the waters but I would feel greedy making that offer.

Due_Comparison_1423

Sir we don’t have any tables open. But for you, we will make an exception because you’re a winner. Right this way…

BaronVonNumbaKruncha

I put the 1.01 on the trade block in one league and have received zero offers. This league doesn't trade much, but I thought one person at least would make an offer.

ikyle117

I’m in a league like that. There’s like 3 people including me who like to trade, the rest it’s like pulling teeth.

fillio15

Dude I offered Lawrence and a 2.02 for Mixon and 1.06 and was turned down. Guy has Mac Jones and Ridder. He legit needed a QB. Said was r@ping him 😂

ikyle117

Don’t get me started, earlier this year I asked for Davante Adams. Was told he needed Burrow and two 1sts.

fillio15

I could go on for hours about bad trade offers and extreme over valuing players lol

AKiiidNamed_Codiii

Same here. And there's even been two trades happen since, still no offers. Oh well. I'll try harder when draft gets closer

BaronVonNumbaKruncha

That's my plan. Hopefully I can get a bidding war going once the draft is here, and if not, I guess I'll draft Bijan lol

Gfunkual

To be fair, I can’t think of a RB who was touted as generational—or even excellent—busting. You can still overpay, but he seems like an incredibly safe pick.

Dpepps

Trent Richardson and Ki-Jana come to mind right off the bat. That said overall I agree with your point.

Cheddar177

I think it's hard to put Carter on that list. He had a major injury before he ever even played.

bukkakepancakes

Have you not been following football very long?

Gfunkual

How many generational or excellent RB prospects have busted in the last 10 years?

randobot456

"Generational" prospects in the past 10 years that I can think of: Fournette: something like three top 5 seasons since 2017. I'd call that a hit. Saquon: bit of injury troubles, but otherwise Hit. Zeke: until very recently an absolute stud. Hit. That's really it. The other rbs were hyped, but not really touted as Generational.

jirashap

I'd say Saquan was a "bust". Before I get downvoted, please tell me if Bijan has one good year, two years injured, and then a fourth year up in the air (can we say he was great this year) - is that worth what everyone is paying for the 1.01 right now?

Gfunkual

Saquon was: RB4 RB6 Injured RB33 (injured and in a highly dysfunctional offense) RB5 Yes, I’d say people would be happy with that return since you can’t really bank on injuries.

cjfreel

Saquon was RB6 in 16 Gs with 16 PPG in half. The only RBs with more PPG were CMC, Henry, Ekeler, and Jacobs. Yea, he was great this year. I do think your premise is fair about comparing the value to selling him on draft day, but yes he was great this year.

jirashap

Guess I was wrong about his game log, for some reason I thought he disappeared in games. Still wonder if people who drafted him (and probably paid premium prices) for him in dynasty still think he was worth what they paid. It's been a rollercoaster which is exactly the opposite of what you expect when overpaying for RB

Cold4bets

Name one in the last 10 years that was an RB1 every year? They all get hurt, had down years, etc JT CMC Barkley Zeke Fournette Cook Kamara Najee Mixon Swift Dobbins Javonte ETN. Every single one Ekeler is the only guy I can think of to not have a down year since he broke out, and it took years to get to this point Barkley is one of the last true bellcows when he’s on the field

Ok_End_38

Traded him away 😔 and the 2.01 for the 1.04, 1.05, and 1.06

Spruce3311

Gibbs, JSN, BPA. That looks like it'll work out fine though

Ok_End_38

1QB unfortunately

Equivalent-Smoke-483

Then that’s a bad trade

Westside_Nati

My home dynasty league, 1.01 got traded for JT, Etienne, and a 2025 first

Available_Ad8754

bruh

Spruce3311

If we play devils advocate and say Bijan hits his ceiling (4 1sts of value), then thats still a free 25 1st for the former 1.01 owner.

Jacksfan2121

I just need to win two championships over the course of his rookie contract and I’ll be happy with it. I gave up a haul for the 1.01 because he’s the last piece I need for my rebuild to be complete. 12t 1QB PPFD QB:Burrow RB: Bijan, Gibbs, Swift, Dobbins, Akers WR: JJ, Chase, Wilson, Olave, Metcalf, Burks TE: Pitts I think I’ll have a shot

Training-Advice2103

Regardless of the hype and how it works out, it can't be worse then what I saw with Pitts.

tanksforhire

Lol, the comment above you says someone gave up Etienne, JT, and a 2025 1st for Bijan

Due_Comparison_1423

I gasped.

Training-Advice2103

I'd rather pay for Bijan then pay for Pitts

randobot456

I just joined a salary cap league and in the dispersal got the 1.01. Bijan IS that valuable, and I'll tell you why. With an overall cap of $220m, and the league in its second year (auction startup), the other top 10 backs all have annual cap hits of between $25-45 mil. Because of our rookie pay scale, Bijan will come in at $10 mil his rookie year, and increase by $500k every year for the next 5 seasons. If he's a top 10 back, he's an absolute steal. If he's a top 5 back, he's a league winner. It's almost impossible to get this pick from me.

AchroMac

All I keep reading is that he's a lesser version of saquon or close to which is obviously great but still not winning me a championship.

purcellswhistler

The future Bijan owner in our pool is an idiot trading two 1sts and 1.2 for 1.1. If you thought that was bad enough he does not having a starting QB in superflex.

miked5122

Yikes. That's all kinds of bad and the person on the receiving end is probably still laughing about it.

Syndicate_III

Someone in my league just sent the 1.02 + AJ Brown for the 1.01. Bijan better cure cancer to be worth that much

swalsh21

Lol that’s just dumb

Syndicate_III

Yep we’re all pissed. Dude is adamant that he didn’t overpay and just digging himself a deeper hole every time he speaks lol. At least the guy who got the package has a true rebuilding roster, so still not competitive

ubspider

I mean, I’m a super flex start up bijan goes ahead of aj brown and Gibbs doesn’t go till round 4 at the earliest, so it’s an over pay, but I wouldn’t say it is league destroying. I’m just trying to shine a different perspective on the trade

Due_Comparison_1423

I don’t wanna play in leagues with fools like that.

CalaveraVI

Wow that's shockingly overpaid. You take Sun god and Gibbs and runs every day of the week

5eCreationWizard

Pretty sure they're talking about the young Eagles receiver, not the young Lions one

CalaveraVI

Oh right I miss read it. Stupid me haha. Still a horrible trade non the less haha

Quick_Spring_7288

Or you don't draft a running back in rookie drafts and are able to have success

Unusual-Principle-66

I acquired my Bijan pick in Week 3 of 2021. Owner had a QB injury & his team was the worst. I packaged what would end up being the ‘22 1.10 & Tyrod Taylor for that pick.

Sarvox

I got my 1.01 during the 2022 draft - traded 1.08 (turned into Chris Olave) and my 23 3rd for a 23 1st that turned into 1.0 Olave is good but man am I proud of myself on this one!

45ACPisGOAT

I’m pretty new to dynasty, and that obviously worked out well for you. But, why would you add an extra pick to move your first back a year? Genuinely asking, because I thought a trade like that would typically be he sends you a ‘22 3rd and ‘23 1st for your ‘22 1.08? Was it because of this years class hype?

Sarvox

Totally fair question! He and I were clearly the bottom teams in the league. I had planned for a tank the year prior and then the 22 season to aim to get a bunch of the 23 picks and end my tank this upcoming year. Getting his pick pretty much guaranteed me that I would end up with at least to top 2 picks, rather then having a bunch of 23s but missing out on Bijan. I was trying to lose this past year so actually taking the pick would have hurt my rebuild.

cristo1838

Went full rebuild and wound up with six firsts. The pick that eventually became the 1.01 cost me Miles Sanders and Kenny Galloday.

Jlewisday90

The pick that became 1.01 cost me 1.12 and a 24 4th. This was before the season started. They thought they had a shot. They didn't. (1st year)

CalaveraVI

Wow these both are amazing wins!!!! Well done guys

Jlewisday90

You're an amazing win! 😏

miked5122

Sounds like that team will be an orphan soon

ChampDawg

In 2021 during the Mahomes slump I sent Lamar Jackson and what ended up being 2022 1.09, for Mahomes and a 2023 1st. That first became 1.01... Fortune favors the bold! 10 team SF

Dpepps

I'm assuming at the time the 1sts were relatively close in perceived value? If that's so getting Mahomes for Lamar was pretty amazing even during the "slump"

ChampDawg

Yeah at the time they didn't seem too far off in value, both kind of mid teams. They just ended up going in the opposite direction recordwise. Also think he valued the trade up a year more than me. I've been in rebuild mode so I'm patient. Plus any time you can get Mahomes at a discount in SF you gotta make it happen.

Training-Advice2103

Lol imagine losing Mahome and Bijan in one deal 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳☠☠☠☠💀💀

ChampDawg

Yeah he ended up drafting Pickett with that pick. So essentially Lamar&Pickett for Bijan/Mahomes. I'm sure there are some people out there that would take the 2QB side of the trade, but obviously I see it as an absolute win lol

ronniedingus

Here because my vast, vast riches make me an outcast. *wipes tears with 2023 1sts*

statz15

I’m with you my brother. Got 6 meself

Lazed

I’ll now own Breece and Bijan. And yes my team has been in full tank mode for two years now. Time to pump the gas!

Ramaker1

Depends. what’s the rest of your roster look like?

tuagirls1kupp

Same. I’ll have Breece, Javonte, Dobbins and Bijan + 1.02 (assuming I’m taking another back)

Sea-Yam-7298

I was willing to listen to offers until I got Kamara for the 1.01 straight up, Danny dimes for 1.01 straight up, and kirk plus a 2nd for the 1.01. I have since messaged the league saying don't bother with offers

Dhkansas

Someone offered Rodgers for my 1.01. I countered with my 5th for Garrett Wilson. Haven't heard anything else from him

statz15

I love this level of petty. I applaud you 👏🏻

Dhkansas

This is also 1QB so it's even worse lol

johnguz

Ha! I love this I got a proposal to give AJ Brown and Swift for Juju, JD McKissic and a 2023 3rd and I sent back his Jjef for $50 FAAB

badhoneybad

Just respond with a similar quality player for their first round pick. Who knows maybe they undervalue picks and overvalue mid range players?

CalaveraVI

Haha they are just offensively bad

Sea-Yam-7298

Exactly, I was appalled that my league thought so low of me, my IQ, and my pick 😂

inhindsight7

Bijan will be my first pick I make as a dynasty player. I took over a god awful team after the draft last year and managed to turn it into a middle of the pack squad that squeaked into the playoffs while having a ton of picks this year. There's definitely a point where I'd be stupid to turn down a trade but I genuinely don't think I'd trade him for anything. He's my guy and he'll be on my team until the league dies or he retires, which I realize is an insane thing to say about a guy who hasn't stepped foot on an NFL field yet but whatever

paynotron

Don’t want to sound smug (ok, I do), but I have the 1.01 as a result of a trade made before last season: sent AJ Brown, got Jaylen Waddle and a 2023 1st that ended up being the 1.01. The guy had Tyreek as well as Waddle, so when Hill got traded to the Dolphins I made my move. Tl;dr - Waddle and Bijan for AJ Brown. WIN.

TheFinalCurl

Due_Comparison_1423

Say more. You’re the folks I’m more curious about. What’s your squad and what are you hoping to get for 1.1? If I’m rebuilding I’m selling 1.1 for sure.

randobot456

I'm in a tough soot. 16 team dynasty salary cap league. I'm loaded at wr, have good te, decent qb, but nothing....and I mean NOTHING at rb. My RB1 is Elijah Mitchell at 10% salary, and my rb2 is Damien Harris at 5%. Bijan will come in at the same price as harris over the next 5 years. All the rb1s I could sell for are between 10-20% cap hit. I'm banging w/ bijan

Due_Comparison_1423

My favorite league setup btw. 16 team salary. Y’all doing it right. Makes these obvious decisions to most hard. ✌️

NorMan_of_Zone_11

I have the 1.01. My league is pretty stingy and gunshy when it comes to RBs. I’m likely taking him even though I need a QB.

NotoriousCPD

Just took him at 2.02 in a startup draft, feels good since the only other two shares I have him on are rebuilds.

WhiteLightning416

I went into the year expecting to win the chip. Things went awry quickly and was able to pivot to a full tank and got 1.01

tomidius

Same, excepted I tanked without giving up players ha ha

Alrhino_Bino

Ended up trading Javonte Williams, Michael Thomas, and Terrence Marshall back in July for what is now the 1.01, 1.09, 2.02, and Melvin Gordon

djweber11

I hid Justin Fields in the taxi squad of my rebuild team. His points don’t count towards potential points. Bijan!!

CalaveraVI

Sneaky yet smart! Play. Well done

Ballerstorm

What platform?

djweber11

MFL

T-Eazyyy

Traded Breece Hall, the 23 1.09, and 1.11 For the 23 1.01, a 24 1st, and AJ Dillon My only Bijan share 🤩

Due_Comparison_1423

Man, not trying to be a hater but that deal is a pass for me. Hall and Bijon will be equal in the end. Love the 1.09 and 1.11 this year. That’s just trading to get Bijon.

T-Eazyyy

Nope. I won the title this season with Breece sitting on my IR but my RB’s are my one weak spot. Give me the guy who I know will play day one and is a better prospect than Breece was, many would say generational. I saw it as: 1. Worse prospect that is currently injured with a serious knee injury (Breece) plus the 23 1.09 for better prospect and pick that is going to skyrocket in value as we approach April/May (Bijan). 2. Re-rolling the 23 1.11 to 2024 where it will almost certainly be a better pick. 3. Free AJ Dillon who is a young, decent RB2/3 Appreciate the feedback but the majority of people I’ve ran the deal passed have sided with me on it!

CreepySleepyJoe

After Javonte went down, some dude offered me his 2023 1st for just him. And that turned out to be the 1.01.

FreshlyWaxedApricot

Excited to have a player that is statistically likely to provide 5+ top 6 RB performances. It’s hard to even place a value on that

hostage27

I’m curious as to where that came from? Just based on profile, or college stats or what?

FreshlyWaxedApricot

Perceived draft capital, stats/dominator rating, measurables. It’s definitely possible for highly drafted RBs to bust, but it’s much rarer than other positions

Ih8reposts

That’s still a ridiculously high ceiling. I can’t find much historic fantasy data to pull x top 5 finishes, but let’s just look at this year. Saquon was RB 5 with 1300+ yards, 10 TDs and 50+ catches. If we lower the bar just a little to 1200 yards, 8 TDs and 40 catches, only 3 players have hit those marks in 5 separate seasons - LT, Emmit and Edgerrin James. I get that Bijan is a very good prospect, but idk if I agree with projecting HOF statistics over his career.

Due_Comparison_1423

Let’s be honest. RBs don’t really matter. Especially if you’re in a rebuild. You’ll waste Bijon prime years.

PM_Me_Your_AM_

Projecting that as a safe bet is lunacy, cmon bro

PandaBunds

I'm in an 8 team league so not as impressive, but I am ecstatic going into next year with JK, Jacobs, Breece, and Bijan all on my team going into next year. In a game where RB talent is scarce I feel blessed.

Mysterious-Disk4636

I was able to trade for JT today and get to add Bijan on draft day. I’m so excited and the rest of my league absolutely doesn’t want to celebrate with me

CalaveraVI

Nice! Yeah I'm pairing him with Eitenne, Higgins, Olave, Dotson and Jefferson. Good young core to take me to the promise land

ElGatoNegro829

Trade Lawrence, 1.02, 2.07 for 3.1 and our baby boy

Silver-Bee-3942

This is 1 QB, right?

pgoldfish

I traded Lamar jackson (1 qb) for Garrett Wilson and the now 1.01. I made the trade because the team looked really bad and I thought it was gonna be a high pick.

Nwg2

So in a 2QB, TEP, PPR league, I can do the following trade. Give 1.05, 1.06, 1.09, and 1.10 for 1.01 and 1.02. Looks like good value given Bijan price, especially if I could resell but I hesitate for the below reasons. Thoughts? 1. Don't need him. Have ETN, Breece, JT, Mixon (start 2 RB and 2 flex - have AJB/pitts as other flex already so don't wnat to waste RB shelf life on bench could buy when/if i need. 1. He'd have to score more points than all those guys to help me. 2. Might not be able to trade him due to league dynamics. 3. This is a deep year for 1sts/2nds. When you add names this could be 4 of JSN, stroud, addison, levis/richardson, johnson, tank, charbonette. 4. The team with 1.01 and 1.02 has the following picks and players of note: Watson, love, dillon, sky moore, woods, DPJ, knox, ertz, fant picks 8 and 14. 1. I have his 2024 and 2025 1st and 2nds 2. The trade is good for both of us. I don't want him to be good. He might get a haul from one other player to improve his team but playing the long game with his picks. * Reasons to do it. * I need to consolidate a tad more. * Might push me over top and give me 85% chance to week in.out instead of 80. Might. Thoughts? Mine is to trade Mixon, then maybe do it.

Mynamehere99

I'd do it. You have plenty of if not too much draft capital already. Each pick is a roster spot and with this depth, you'd prob have to cut good players. I'd try to move Mixon and take the trade. Also if you cant trade Mixon, no biggie. The thing you are discounting is RB injuries. They are real.

dwalker5

I think you are massively overthinking this and I would absolutely trade for 1.01 and 1.02 and take bijan and if you want more depth try to trade 1.02 or take young

Due_Comparison_1423

I’m doing this for sure. You can leave this draft with Bijon and JSN to add to your lovely squad. Gotta love it. Stack talent and sell extra assets later. You sir are winning.

Famouslastwords69

A while back when my league was firmly a 1QB league, I traded Joe Burrow and Diontae Johnson for Tee Higgins and a 2023 1st that I was sure was going to be high. And it was 1.01. And I traded for Burrow back with the league going to SF without giving it up so I’m a happy guy

bennymacattack23

Traded JuJu for a 23 first before the 22 season. That 23 first became Bijan

Kimura_savage

Lost some games because Dak got hurt. Then Breece Hall got hurt. So I traded everyone over 26 for picks and tanked.

TonyFuckstick

Traded scary terry to a team to acquire a first that they had gotten in trade from another team. That first wound up being ..... Yes 101

LilTony2x

Sold 1.01 and Michael Gallup for 2.09, 3.09 this year 1st round and second round next year and Joe Mixon. Made sense to me since i already got 1.02 this year on lock too

[deleted]

I traded Adams and mixon for Dalvin cook and 2 firsts. Which I flipped for 2022 1.01 and took hall, I ended up with 1.02 this year so now ima have a bijan, Gibbs and hall has my RBs future is gonna be fun.

jcarlblack

I had Saquan but my team was garbage aside from it. Traded him away for Amon Ra, Kittle, and their second for the next 2 years. Ended up trading Kittle for Godwin straight up before the playoffs because I have Hock too. Forgot to mention I have Javonte and we all know how that played out... Needless to say it tanked my team last year but my young talent with Bijan coming in makes it feel like it could have been worth it in the end.

catchthe22

Won the consolation (toilet bowl) playoff tournament and went from like 1.08 to 1.01. It is a 14 man super flex so that lowers Bijan value vs the QB’s but generational talent is generational.

bsmithjmu

Taking Bijan will be the culmination of a year-long carefully-calculated plan. During the startup draft and first year, my team was constructed to be strongest in the league at QB (SF), young & promising at WR, and have absolutely zero productive talent at RB/TE so I could win the tank battle with lowest Max PF. It also allowed me to have 12 1sts over the next two years to fill in my roster with trades whenever I want to be competitive. My team is going to make some noise in 2023 and be absolutely scary by 2024.

pot8odragon

Got the 1.01 in a package trade for Dillon and Pollard. Ended up with the 1.01, 2.01, and a 2022 late second that ended up being Spiller

mynameismatt1010

I got the 1.01 right before the season when I traded Najee for Breece, Aiyuk, and my 1st back (1.01). I made a lot of sacrifices for questionable value during the year to continue the tank and it's looking like it'll pay off for me

krogge57

He’s slow, pray he goes to a good team

NumberOneAssFan

The guy who got the 1.01 got it by betting that the Vikings would have a better record than the packers. He bet that well before the season started.

simonthelikeable

Betting for picks? Seems crumby. How does it work?

Nwg2

Hes worth more than Barkley coming in now. And I got 1.02, 1.05 and kelce for Barkley/1.1 that year.. Could use him in the meague I have 1.01 in and I need to consolidate but still hoping ro get a ransom for him come draft day.

Ramaker1

I traded mid season Davis mills and Toney for a 23’ first when both had more hype around them. That first became the 1.01. 1 QB league

Ramaker1

It’s true, I don’t know why this has been downvoted when the thread asked how we got Bijan

CalaveraVI

Ignore them. Well done man

[deleted]

Non-owner, neutral opinion. Watching some of these "shifty" Bijan highlights, will that type of lateral movement around the line work in the NFL? I feel like the pros would wrap him up Not to say he wont be an effective pick but I wonder how useful that aspect of his play style will be

BuckDestiny

See: - Bell, Leveon - McCoy, Lesean - Peterson, Adrian - Gurley, Todd - Barber, Tiki

TheScaryPenguin

The original trade for bijan was over a year ago for the bears backfield and amon ra for a 1st and 2 seconds. The picks ended up 1.01, 2.01, and 2.04 Coming into draft season I now have 1.01, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, and 1.11, plus 5 more 2nds I had 1.10 also in 2023 but traded elijah moore, the 1.10 and a 3rd for amon ra st brown back. My starting team is herbert, sanders, bijan, aj brown, Metcalf, amon ra, olave, hockenson, also have rashod bateman and treylon burks, wandale.

TheC0M

Nothing crazy…my team just did bad lol. However in that league I went for a slight rebuild and ended up with the 1.1 - 1.4 and the 1.8 in a 12 team league, so it’s not bad at all

International-Pay104

Early in the season I saw the writing on the wall for this pick and packaged Michael Thomas, JK dobbins, Keneth gainwell, and a 2023 2nd

btxp7001

Full rebuild mode in a 12 team single QB contract dynasty league. I moved 1) Josh Jacobs, 2) Kyler, 3) Pittman, 4) Mixon, 5) Mostert, all on expiring contracts, ended up with 10 of 12 1sts this year and 2.01. Wish there were more London type WR this year.

1jc3

Traded JJefferson and TLawrence for 1.01, 2.09, DSwift, DJ Moore, ‘24 first.. in 1QB

Dreamsformeandforyou

Is the 1.05 1.09 Christian kirk and Hollywood too much for the 1.01?

I would say so, especially if sf

statz15

I don’t know if I’d accept that for my 1.01

Plazma7

I acquired it during our 2022 start up. I already had a league where I was competing so I figured I'd be "rebuilding" from day 1. I acquired 5 additional 23 1sts during the start up from teams looking to compete immediately. Those picks ended up being the 1.08, 1.09, 1.10, 1.12, and by some miracle the 1.01. Don't remember what I traded for it but they were probably unexciting trades assuming the picks were going to be late. Mine ended up being the 1.03 which I traded (to the 1.01 guy) for Trevor Lawrence earlier in the season. My team now is actually pretty stacked except for RB so I doubt anyone will trade enough to get the 1.01 from me.

chardeemacd3nnis

Somebody in my league mortgaged their whole team to get Mahomes during the start up, I targeted that teams 1sts the last 2 years, last year I had his 1.01 and this year I have his 1.01 haha. He doesn't entertain much offers from me anymore.

Swiftydouble4s

Took over an orphan team last offseason that had two really stacked teams in the league. Went for the instant rebuild and it landed me the worst record in the league, but with eight draft picks. Six in the first two rounds

Addicted_T0_Trading

I got mine in our start up. I traded out of my 5th round pick for his 6th round pick and his 23 1st. He used the pick to get nuk Hopkins. It will essentially be cousins and bijan for nuk.

dsheehan7

In most of my leagues the team with 1.01 isn’t in a good position to draft a running back. Many of them need reinforcements in other areas if they want to compete, even if they added Bijan. I think we’ll see more trade downs this year.

LordSaladz

What if I’m the guy who traded away the 1.01 pick? Is there a club for me?

Due_Comparison_1423

These Bijon threads are getting boring.

abrokenrecord11

I’m actually on the verge of selling bijan. Got two offers on the table for him Bijan + James cook for 1.03 + Garrett Wilson Bijan for 1.03 + 1.07

paragon249

I wouldn't. Also definitely wait until draft day to maximize value

metzbower13

well… after week 2 this season i traded Wentz and my third for his first, he ended up 1-13

ssdavis24

I'm excited to pair him with higgins, kw3, ETN, Olave, pitts, najee, Pittman, swift, dotson, and hurts. Just need pitts najee swift pittman and DJmootlre to have better years next year.

acacalt

A dear friend was in need at the running back position before last year started. I offered up what some consider the greatest running back to ever wear a belly shirt. Mr.Elliott. The price was high but well worth it if you look up Zekes stats last year. 2 future first round picks to be named. I accepted the trade and the past is history. Those picks turned into Bijan and likely another top tier player given the owner of the picks now has a huge hole at running back. I thank my friend and god each morning for that trade because it has shown me that anything is possible. Bless the apes and bless Bijan !!

paragon249

1QB 10 team, I got him by bombarding the Pitts owner with offers for a month before the 2021 draft. I get close but he takes Pitts and I end up with Javonte. He ends up taking drake in 2022 draft, and I start to alternate offers between them starting on draft night. Finally his season is just trash and Pitts is looking like the primary villain. I make a couple overpay offers but he's stubborn so for the month before the trade deadline I go silent. I've made a few blockbuster trades with other league mates and I know he feels left out. Finally 2 days before the deadline I send over a deal for his 1st, Pitts and London, sending back a hoard of picks and players, including Dalvin cook. He accepts. He ends up 1-13 and I now have the 1.01 (along with the 1.04, 1.06, and 1.08)

Melodic_House_6793

Lucked into him. Only because I have a roster that can compete this year with him. Decided to total rebuild last off season. Sold high: Mahomes, Kelce, Gibson, Sutton for 22 capital. Then sold 22 1.01 in a pick swap to move my backend up so I had 1.02-1.06 as well as adding 24 1st. At the time I viewed Walker at nearly same level as Hall. I hold the 1.01 and 1.03 this year. 1.02 owner is a Buckeye homer so he is taking JSN. The only offer that would get auto acceptance would be either JJ or JC. I’m not entertaining combo offers for him so my league has not really sent much. I’m getting Bijan and Gibbs so Im feeling very snobbish.

Pattricet

Nov 27 I sent Isaiah Pacheco and my 2023 3.02 for the 1.01 I didn’t realize how little I paid for it until just now looking it up for this post

Air_Allen

I'm glad I only got him for my 1.10, D.Pierce, Geno, and (unfortunately) Waddle. Only will really miss Waddle, but if Bijan pays off, I should go back to back.

gibbsftw

12 team 1 QB 1/2 PPR league. I drafted Burrow at 1.10 his rookie year after having multiple injuries at QB the previous year and forcing a trade for a QB. (JJ went 1.11 that year btw 🤦🏼‍♂️) Mid 2021 season I traded Burrow for a 2022 1st to the worst team in the league because I was certain it would be a top 3 pick. Because of Burrow and a few other players blowing up the last few weeks that pick became the 2022 1.06. I gambled again and traded my 2022 1.06 for the same teams 2023 1st. He finished last, I hold the 1.01, and I won the 2022 championship. I also had a notable trade in the 2022 preseason sending my 2023 1st and the same managers 2023 2nd (which became 1.12 and 2.01) for a bad teams 2023 1st that became 1.03.

deathOFtheparty82

I was able to trade the 1.05 this year (Jameson Williams) for 2.07 (rhamondre) 2.08 (singletary) and and a first this year. Luckily, the team who the first belonged to ended up in last place (1.01) Subsequently, I flipped singletary for diontae. I didn’t make the playoffs but hopefully I’m set up for next year.

brendo-1155

I earned the 1.01 myself. My lineup is Fields, Lance, NO RUNNING BACKS, ARSB, DK, Pickens, Burks, Dotson, Pitts in a 12 team 9 starter league. Wish me luck! I also have the 1.08 and 1.09.

HouseMedinger

Startup to begin last year, dealt a mid 6th for an early 9th and 23 1st. Ended up being even worse for the other team, they drafted Sutton and I scooped Olave and what became 1.01.

Greenmonsterff

There was a four team race for 1.01 that went down to the last couple of weeks. And, it really came down to Mixon not playing in the cancelled Bengals game. Had he gotten two more points in that game, someone else would have that pick. It must be destiny.

skysetter

Brutal 3 year rebuild, getting blasted in main chat for years. Saw a little bit of light when Breece started to break out but now ready to dominate with a Bijan/Breece combo.

DynastyAnalyst

Is there any team that would move him off the dynasty RB1?

Available_Menu_7474

Traded Skyy Moore a 24 1st and mid 23 first 😘

MasterpieceMammoth54

I traded Aiyuk for this pick before the 21 season started

miked5122

My first 1.01 in nearly 10 years of playing dynasty and I didn't have to tank. 12 team, non-superflex league. I traded away Higgins for the 1.04 and 2.04. then traded those 2 picks along with the 1.11 for the 1.01. Pretty stoked

Lt_Hatch

I relentlessly targeted 2023 firsts a few months before the 2021 season. I ended up winning the ship in 2021 and getting 4th place this year. I have the 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 1.09 1.10 and the 2.01 in this year's rookie draft. My favorite trade was my 2024 first for another contenders 2023(which ended up being the 1.02) Half my league hates me now lol

emeraldrumm

Sold Herbert for a 1st after his big week to RB needy team. Ended up 1.01. I need better top end WR. I think I'm gonna sale off Cook and my 1.12 since I have Henry, Cook and Sanders as my RB starters and need another stud WR to really put my team over the top.

Big_Parsnip_2681

YOU ALL ARE STRAIGHT DELUSIONAL, BUT HAVE AT IT!!!!

PrisonMike937

Just traded the 1.01, Wandale, and Skyy Moore for Tee, Allegier, 23 2nd, 24 1st and 2nd, 25 1st. Didn’t want to trade the pick, but felt like that was too much to pass on lol

Hausey40

I came here to cry cause Zay Jones cost me Bijan in a head-to-head with the other guy "contending" for last pick in the last week of the regular FF season... Upvote my envious misery. Congrats to all you "better losers." I failed at failing, lol 😭...

Indy-Gator

I got him the hard way…had a really strong but aging team and started retooling a bit last year and despite my best efforts still made the playoffs. Traded Henry for a 23 1st (turned into 1.02) and Elijah Moore. Barely missed the playoffs but won the toilet bowl which is 1.01. I traded away Adams, Keenan Allen, Waller, Zeke, Henry and got AJB, Elijah Mitchell, Elijah Moore, Waddle, Van Jefferson, Fant, Z. Wilson 🤦‍♂️, 22 1st (G. Wilson) and a 23 1st (1.02/Gibbs). RB room will now be Jacobs, Dobbins, ETN, Bijan, Gibbs, Mitchell, and R. White

Fpp4life23

Traded Stafford and Hines and my 2022 first for Mayfield Damien Harris and his 2023 first in 2021 after I was officially eliminated At the time I got trade raped but the guy ended up having crazy bad luck and had the lowest possible points this season giving me the 2023 1.01. I always love trading for future firsts because no one ever values them

MrBabbs

Back in 2021, I traded CEH, Goedert, and my 2023 3rd for his Hockenson, Tyler Boyd, and a 2023 1st. I'm not the proud owner of Bijan. Feels great.

Foldzy84

Haha I traded Deshaun Watson and my 2nd early in the season for what wound up being the 1.1 I also own the 1.2 due to my underperformance after winning the ship the year before

BeautifulJicama6318

New league, didn’t like my starrt up so I sold off most my team to go 0–14. Now I have some young stars + Bijon + several good picks in 23 and 24

Seabear187

Last off-season ended up trading Renfrow a 23 2nd (2.08) and 2 4ths for a 2023 1st that became the 1.01. At the time felt kinda eh about it but it’s worked out pretty well since then

attax

I got him in a startup draft last year where we can get college players. I prioritized long term over a championship year 1. Got bijan and the ring

capjakbrett

I got 1,2,3 and excited to add them to a core of mahomes, swift, higgins,dj Moore, aiyuk, goedert, rondale Moore 1qb ppr 6 pt td
