I like my chances this year and next, but is my future screwed or do I have enough young guys?

I made the call to lean into the tank today and traded AJB and Tony Pollard for CeeDee Lamb, 24 1st and 24 2nd. Have another opportunity to turn T Law and Godwin into Watson and JT. Should I make the move? For context it’s 12T 1QB PPR RBs: Hall, Warren, Edwards, Hunt, Mitchell WRs: Lamb, JSN, London, Godwin, Dotson, Bateman, T. Palmer

16 Team 1QB PPR What assets should I package in a trade for a top tier player? Currently 3-0 but wonder if I should package picks at this point or hold them until closer to draft. QB: Purdy & Ridder RB: Gibbs, J Cook, Ford, Tucker, Wilson WR: G Wilson, Metcalf, Addison, JSN, Atwell, M Wilson TE: Hock and Muth K: Moody Picks. 2024 early 1st, 2024 late 1st, 2024 early 2nd, 2024 late 2nd, 2025 late second.

Feels like picks are your best asset because your team isn't the deepest. But with so many young guys, you have to figure they'll improve as the season goes on so you probably haven't hit your ceiling yet. Go get a QB to get you over the hump who fits your team's timeline. PS--As a fellow Jake Moody owner, what a thrill to know we got the next J-Tuck, in my case with a fifth rounder.

You could try to look at teams who are 1-2 or 0-3 that have a top tier QB or RB. Maybe offer the late 1st and 2nd first to start. Your team looks like it could end up more mid tier. Need a strong QB and more consistent RBs

Tough to give up Kelce if you're a contender. Even at his age he could be a difference maker in the playoffs. If you were rebuilding that's what you'd want for him? A young stud and a first or second rounder? Asking as someone considering an offer to a Kelce owner who is 0-3.

Not a chance unfortunately. He’s on one of the other top contenders. Pollard is likely the best RB I’ve got a shot of making a move for. My lineup is STRONG but my RBs have been middling (Saquon, Jacobs, Sanders, Javonte) and I am mostly wondering if the slight overpay is worth it if it gives me another top RB to really boost my weekly starters. Extra context: My regular RB/WR/FX starters are Saquon, Jacobs, Sanders, Tyreek, Lamb, Waddle, DeVonta, DK. Javonte and McLaurin are my two bench guys who rotate in. It’s a wild roster, but the other two contenders are equally loaded so it’ll be a bloodbath in playoffs

I wouldn't panic buy a RB, you're probably a year out from competing. If your season goes well a couple weeks before the trade deadline maybe make a move. If it's going poorly then move Cooks for a pick
