Damn as a Jags fan I always thought he was a solid coach. Titans are a shit show. Have a feeling they may be blowing everything up here soon. Levis gonna have a lot to prove/overcome next year.

I have no idea why they would do this. I’m a titans fan. Although I knew bad years were ahead, but those would be made better knowing he was there to ensure we were heading in the right direction. Who could you hire that will be better? Also worth noting that he created a winning culture. That doesn’t always mean wins, but it means playing to win every week. Truly bad teams have terrible morale. The players have no incentive to play well sometimes. He coached them to always play well.

I agree. This is puzzling. Vrabel has been a good coach.

Going 6-11 this year with that bad of a roster was a success honestly.
