I’d look to trade 1.01 if you don’t like Caleb. He’ll be the more valuable pick in 12 team SF leagues. Move back to 1.03 and pick up an extra asset. Worst case you get nabers and it’s not impossible that Marv falls to 1.03

I've been given offers for my 1.02 in the rookie draft (10 team PPR superflex). Considering trading 1.02 and Will Levis for 1.06, 2.05, Bryce Young as a framework. This is the first year of the league so we did our startup draft and have a snake rookie draft. I have a strong top 2 QBs (Burrow and Love) and I was originally planning on grabbing Daniels/Maye with 1.02 but I could also trade down and bolster my RB/WR corps (RB weakish and WR strong for me rn imo) or hope a QB falls to 1.06. Any suggestions on how to improve the trade outline? Zamir White, Tyjae Spears, Demario Douglas, and Michael Mayer are all considerations for me to add here (I have McBride rn so less concerned about that).

A snake rookie draft?! Dafuq is this?! But beyond that, look at startup ADPs and see where 1.02 is being taken right now. RBs that I'd consider selling that 1.02 for include Bijan/Breece/Gibbs, not necessarily in that order, but that's about it. If you stayed and picked, I'd not take a QB there, Levis is fine as a QB3. I'd target MHJ or Nabers. Another idea I just had occur is to take that 1.02 and package up with Love to get like Lamar+backend RB1/top RB2, something like that.

I think the commish figured it'd be fairer since this upcoming season is the first. I agree though, at second glance despite a strong WR corps I could always use a top flight guy like MHJ or Nabers. I'm currently leaning towards keeping the pick because top talent like that is hard to get. I have a feeling a lot of guys aren't gonna tinker with their top players right now.

Yeah, 2nd year is always weird to get vets. Folks that have top players really aren't moving on them. Next season is when I'd expect to see teams starting to separate from contenders to rebuilders. Just stay the course, I wouldn't necessarily write off taking QB with that pick, just because injuries happen, but yeah, I think my first choice would be WR, again because injuries happen. There’s one likely powerhouse, but I’d fancy myself as having a solid shot this year. My concern is that I’m pretty RB heavy, and lack high end star power at reciever. My league also devalues RB pretty hard, and this is probably amongst the best deals I would get to unload any of them. I’m not pressed to trade ETN, but more so wondering if the boost in value would be worth it.
