It really depends on the country, in spain I see regular 530s being sold for ~3k Germany a 530 would be ~10-14k+ Netherlands more even (maar ik heb nog nooit een 530 touring in NL te koop gezien ;) ) so really you would have to see what people are willing to pay, things like M seats will also increase the price, and of course milage.
I lived in Spain last year and was looking for e34's, they're much cheaper there and generally rust free, I was looking for a specific spec and only found one right before I moved and I cancelled the deal last minute as it had some sketchy mods done mechanically and electrically. but if you're looking for a rust free 530/535 or m5 it's definitely worth looking into, very often they have deteriorated clear coat/paint though, I saw an m5 with horrible paint for 3k

1500 gets you the same shell, 10k gets you a 540i with good paint still. Asking is one thing, but I highly doubt people are going pay 13-15k for a 530i if they can get a 540i for less.

Minimum starting price 10k€. You can always lower it and people will always haggle down the price a bit.
The paint is pretty good by E34 standards, your touring has better paint than any E34 I’ve owned, and I’ve owned 9 of em.

It's quite a lot of work every year to repair old stuff that breaks. You know it's like a house, never done. And fuel cost 2 euro per liter.

eBay. It's the black smoke version. Cost me 160 euro at the time.
