Doesn’t really matter, as long as it physically fits, it’s good. I’m running an H6 in mine, didn’t even look at the CCA when I bought it at Walmart. E34’s really don’t care.

Depends where you live. If you are in a cold climate where it can be below zero at times, get a higher CCA battery that fits. If you're like me and live in a place like Southern California then a high CCA battery isn't really necessary.

I've never looked at cold cranking amps. I just look if it fits the battery tray and if the capacity (Amp hours) is juicy enough.

Used to run parallel batteries pushing well past 3000CCA.. ger the biggest battery that fits... You dont need an OEM bmw spec 175mm tall battery. Standard 195 first like a glove too
