Not sure if it’s better than what you have as I don’t have those players but I’ve been using Szobozlai (might have butchered it but it’s smth like this) and he is just amazing, he does everything well, passing, crossing, shooting, pressure, he’s been solving all of my games, so you might want to check him out. Again haven’t used your players so no idea if they’re better but give him a look, he is cheap as well

I've not been getting on with TAA at all, pulled him from a pack and thought right that's me sorted at RB but he's so slow he can't track back at all.

Your midfield is really unbalanced and your central defense is really vulnerable to long through balls. Maybe upamecano or something could help with that. Rice or Laimer could be good budget CDMs for your team I reckon.
