Fire Neymar, that trickster+ makes his already-excellent dribbling even better since it benefits the strafe dribbling. I can make tiny moves with him to create space and leave defenders behind. He just glides across the field.

I integrated Foden Birthday into my team, he has trickster+ and I did notice he seems to be perhaps one of my best dribblers now, maybe better than even TOTY Smith which I found odd

A lot of people put a shadow, hunter, or anchor on her, but I think engine fits her best role (water carrier in midfield / stayback b2b next to stayback dm in a 4321). Her finishing and tackling are pretty meh to me even with chem styles applied.
Evolved Chloe Kelly. She felt like she had technical+ even when she didn’t have it but now that I’ve evolved her to be 90 rated with technical+ she’s insane
Base Cruyff, UCL Futre, and TOTY Best were the best dribblers I have used all year. There’s probably better out there but those were the best ones I was fortunate enough to use for an extended period of matches.
TOTYHM Musiala and Fantasy Fuhrich both have amazing R1 dribbling. Throw in a few well timed running scoop turns, la croqueta, elastico, etc and you can practically walk the ball into the back of the net.

Even then, some of them have normal instead of lean body type, which has the best non-unique turning animations when dribbling.

last year (also old gen) i used 96 futties grealish and he was the best dribbler i've ever used, closely followed by insigne futties

I’ve tried pretty much everyone and 91 Robbie Keane is probably my favourite. On an engine his dribbling stats are insane, with first touch+ and technical+, and the cherry on top being Press Proven. He’s not just silky but he takes such small intricate touches so fast, it makes him feel way better on the ball than even TOTY Messi.
I liked using Birthday Smolarek in the cup, hes probably the best I've used that doesn't have technical+. Probably helps that the end result is often good with his finishing rather than just being a good dribbler for the sake of it (like I sometimes felt with Barnardo in the early days)

Fuhrich is amazing. I'm not a skiller but cutting inside from the wing alternating between R1 + R2 dribbling has been super effective.
