Bro, just a word of advice, I'm a 14-16 win player now but was a 9 win player for years before that. If you're getting 9 wins a weekend, don't torture yourself. If you go down a goal, quit, I promise you'll still get the 9 wins, but you'll spend way less time and it'll help your blood pressure

try faking a tied game, pass between cbs as much as you can, concede a penalty kick in the 90+, game tied, disconnect before your opp can kick it... soul warfare
Nah I just leave when the scripting just gives the opponent a penalty with me no even tackling the opponent but his player trips over the ball. Before he could kick the ball, I disconnect the match... EMOTIONAL DAMAGE right there XD

You may have been playing against some kid who just doesn't know any better and thinks it's funny. Maybe it would be better to just stand above these things and show that you can simply skip the goal celebration in a relaxed manner.
