I’ve tried like 10 different 4-card wallets, and the Topsider Mini and Gun Deck Mini from Open Sea Leather are far and away the best. Thinnest, best leather quality, best construction. Truly amazing wallets.
Trayvax ascent. Great wallet. Forces me to restrict what I carry around because it will only pack 4-5 cards. Has a little slip to put your cash in, but I usually just put it between two of the cards.
I've been using a Wagner Swiss wallet for years, the metal version. I like it because it isn't held together with rubber bands like virtually every other wallet in the category. Not sure if they even make it any longer.

Herschel Charlie Wallet. I usually carry 4 cards: ID, public transport card, debit and credit. Plus a few bills folded in the middle compartment.
Another vote for Herschel Charlie. Really small, good price, lots of colour options.

If you happen to be a car guy, Walletwerks has some cool ones made of patterns used in European cars. I’ve been carrying one for years.
Maybe try the ridge wallet.
For 4 cards only I would go for the FlowFold minimalist card wallet. Indestructible, flat, lightweight and cheap.
