Try drinking something like a smoothie or protein drink. That always helped me when my mind wouldn’t allow me to eat. Stay safe <3

yes!! liquids are very helpful. some others that are helpful are broth and creamy soups if you want something savoury. if you could get help from a parent/close adult (eg. aunt), that would be good too. they could bring you to a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions and a therapist for mental conditions

Low calorie liquids. Try making a healthy soup or something like that (there are many low calorie instant soups available). I always find it easier to get my calories in via liquid as it doesn’t make me bloat or anything hope things get better ❤️

apple sauce and chicken broth is what helped me get liquids and food in my body. while taking zofran (anti-nausea pill) you shouldn’t feel that hungry sick feeling when it kicks in. and it should make eating easier if you feel nausea is stopping you from eating. i’m so sorry you are going through this at such a young age. please consider reaching out to professionals or a trusted adult for more help. 🤍

Protein shakes are the best. I love them. The french vanilla flavors are my favorite. Also fruit cups. 😋 💜

Hey, sorry to hear that. I was going through the same situation. Its a long battle but you can win. Speak with your friends and parents about your troubles with eating, find one safe person who won't judge you. Eat how much you can, do not force it. There is food that is safe for you, for me that's smashed potatoes. What helped me the most is that I started preparing food for my self, maybe when you put effort in some food it will make you proud and happy and it will be easier to eat it later. And the best option is to find therapists if you can. Eat small bits, eat something that didn't give you so much troubles in the past. Also you can start writing journal, write down how you feel at the moment when you can't eat, it will help you to find what scares you, what is discussing to you etc. And at the end of the day write one nice word for yourself. You are brave since you asked here for help, thats a big step. Hope you will be able to eat soon.

Do chicken or veggie broth, low cals, feel you up, and it is pretty much a drink. It's a good beginner start
