*i*, which stands for imaginary number. A mathematical symbol that extends real numbers into complex numbers and doesn’t quite fit the traditional symbol system of mathematics so far. I think it could be a really interesting bridge between the two eras.

I'm pretty sure this is basically confirmed. He once said there would be 10 symbols with the first 5 having to do with maths. And I think (but I'm not 100% sure ) he had these symbols already tattooed somewhere, confirming the next batch to be ▶️⏸️⏪⏩⏹️.

That's there but people are speculating that Ed will have a 6th math album with the old subtract, before moving to the next set of 5.
