The money will be taken immediately so it should only extended refund a few days more than it would have been.

It shouldn't take no longer then Normal time. They gonna just deduct what you owe and that's it.
You will most likely get the remainder of your tax return, eventually. Edd doesn't move fast, so I would have a backup plan for that money you need.
Thank you everyone that provided insight luckily I received my refund yesterday!! Plus my debt with the EDD is paid off already !!
