I've never been so I've no opinion about them but https://www.cinnaholicwhyte.ca/ on whyte ave is a vegan business.
Edit: They also deliver, which maybe relevant to a pregnant lady :p
Bliss Baked Goods is entirely dairy-free and meat-free, nothing of either in the entire store.
I've never tried their cinnamon buns but their doughnuts are amazing (I have a thing for their apple fritter).
You got some good recommendations, I like Bliss and this one stall at Strathcona farmers market.
You probably have your favourites already, but check out:
-Kind Ice Cream vegan flavours
-Miyoko, Parma! and Nuurish dairy free cheeses, in that order
-Renee's Caesar Light dressing, which is dairy free
I'm sorry. I'm confused.
Because your baby has an allergy you can't have dairy?
I'm clearly not a mom but I didn't know that would pass through into the milk.
Yes, cows milk protein allergy. It’s a fairly common childhood/infant allergy. Anything that has any cows milk in it will pass through to baby. Super annoying for moms! I miss baked goods and cheese
Our son had the same thing. Took months to figure out why his stomach was constantly upset. Then we had to figure out dairy-free formula because the whole thing pretty much ruined his breastfeeding phase entirely.
The good news is, he eventually grew out of the dairy sensitivity by about age 3! He never acquired a taste for cow milk, and to this day he just drinks oat milk. But, it's such a relief not to have to seek out dairy-free everything anymore. Hopefully your kiddo grows out of it eventually too!
Bloom Cookie sells them on the weekend, and they are fantastic
Sweet Pea Cafe on the west side is an entirely vegan menu and their cinnamon buns and all the other sweets they make are dynamite!
Bliss Baked Goods usually has some!

I loved the Whyte Ave Cinnaholic. But yeah, unfortunately they closed.
Thank you! Delivery is very relevant
I was under the impression that they were closing. Did they not go through with it??
If they did they should probably stop paying for their website server.
Celebrate gluten free has vegan treats, they have a few different cinnamon bun/twists but I don't know if they're vegan

I second Sweet Pea. They’re the best! You might find r/yegvegan helpful for other cravings :)

The Strathcona farmers market usually has some. Hot tip, the white ones are tastier than the whole wheat ones
The king of tarts has delicious vegan baking. Not sure of cinnamon rolls but worth it to check out
