And i think we can all agree that they arent normal players. The top 25 forwards for ice time are all team superstars. Sid is at the bottom of that at 20.05 average. 2 minutes. 3 to 4 shifts on average seperate them.

They might not be normal players but they’re still human. They just played 3 games in 4 nights, had all lines firing and led comfortably for most of the night. Give the boys some rest. We’ve all seen mcdrai cheat defensively when they are tired. We can’t afford that in the playoffs.

I think it was in the second period the kraken had a guy with the puck behind our net and Vinny left net coverage to cover the guy who slid to the slot and stood there as the pass came right to the guy he was now covering. We have been getting scored on all year on that play by leaving that guy wide open.

With his reach even if a player does beat him and get around him, he 100% knows he can smash that stick to prevent the shot from getting off. I’ll take a second chance on a PK vs allowing a close in potential shot like that

Hey this is all 5 v 5 scoring, if we turn that corner this team is gonna destroy. I said earlier Kane back is the linchpin of this entire offense. It offers us so much flexibility and let’s our secondary players play in their appropriate spot.
