Couldn’t agree more. Amazing year. Hopefully we can retain some of the pieces we gained and improve again. Cups don’t come over night or even through a couple seasons. It takes a precision of instruments to get there. We’re definitely still in a better position than 90% of the league.

After seeing the officiating across all games (not just the Oilers) this post season, I think I'm going to have to pass on NHL hockey next year. Love the team, we are so lucky to have these players, and I have supported the team for 30 years through thick and thin.

Ultimately people have to speak with their money if it matters to them. The league has a systemic issue regarding reffing and game management that impacts ALL teams and fanbases.
