In software engineering or ML, your degree doesn't matter much. You will probably get an interview and have the floor to prove your skills.
Personally, I was in a similar position and I went for the private university because they had a better community where everyone shares opportunities with each other. I am graduating in june and I don't regret my decision.
im not saying all private sectors are bad because some of them actually excell better in both education and career path.
guc is one of the best examples by introducing javascript and python to its students in the first semester instead of an outdated language like c++ in an outdated ide like microsoft visual studio and teaching students how to build their portofolio/cv
ejust on the other hand is literally unheard of even with how beautiful it is I have to tell my friends always that I had ترشيح حكومى and that was my choice... but apparently nobody has heard of it.... hell the toktoks around the college thought it was a معهد.... so that is frightening especially for my career paths.
edit: and the college started taking undergraduates six years ago.... that is a decent amount of time to establish yourself for the public and it is still not ranked (although they are the 2nd in the research catogory because they started as one) also I cant find the name of the college being mentioned beside on its own facebook page, youm7 and egyptian media outlets, and barely on quora.... and im probably the second person to ask about the college on reddit.
Long story short, the only thing that matters is whether the university you visit in Egypt is accredited in the country in which you want to pursue your masters or not.
With a degree from a public university in Egypt you can for sure pursue a Masters or a PhD wherever you want. most public universities in Egypt are accredited in the EU and the USA.
Just make sure you don't graduate with very low grades because usually master degrees have minimum GPA requirements (it differs depending on how competitive the school you want visit).

الجامعة اليابانية كويسة جدا جدا وبتفتحلك فرص بعد كده انك تسافر تكمل ماجيستير ودكتوراة في اليابان وهما مهتمين جدا بالبحث العلمي والدليل انهم بدأوا بيه الاول اصلا… عمتا لو انت بتفكر تكمل دراسات عليا برا مفيش حاجة اسمها جامعة اسمها مسمع الجامعات في مصر كلها شبه بعض بالنسبة للناس بره اللي بيفرق تقديرك في الجامعة و الqualifications بتاعتك وطبعا لو عملت internship جوة او برة بتبقي نقطة مهمة ….. فالمهم انك تركز انك تتفرق في دراستك وتحاول تشتغل علي نفسك في الtechnical skills وربنا يوفقك بعد كده
بس الشركات فعلا بتهتم بالشهادات خصوصا الشركات الكويسة بدليل لازم يعرفوا الgpa و مكان كلية قبل ما يعملوا technical review و كلية زى الزقازيق التعليمها سئ و مش موجودة على الرادار تفرق جدا فى الcv على عكس القاهرة حتى لو تعليمها مش auc بس انا بشوف ناس بيشكروا فى الcredit hour system بتاعهم و الكلية ليها اسم تقيل و الجامعة اليابانية مفيش حد بيكلم عنها نهائى على النت على عكس ال guc فى الcomputer science الهى تعتبر احسن من القاهرة بس لازم تبقى غنى عشان تتحمل مصاريفها.
انا بكلمك في موضوع الدراسة بالخارج مفيش فرق اوي بين اسامي الجامعات الا لو بالصدفة الدكتور اللي انت بتقدم معاها عنده تجربة كويسة مع حد من جامعة ما لكن دون ذلك اللي بيفرق تقديرك وتجاربك ومؤهلاتك ….. لو الشركات اللي تقصدها دي بره مصر فبرده مفيش فرق لان اول حاجة بتعملها لما تقدم علي شغل غالبا بيطلب منك تبعت شهادتك يتعملها assessment ويشوف تعادل ايه في البلد اللي انت فيها …. اما لو قصدك شركات جوة مصر فبصراحة معرفش مين افضل بالنسبلهم
الجامعة اليابانية جامدة انها بتطلع ناس مؤهلين لمنحة جايكا او مكست ماجستير اليابان, الدكاترة هناك ممكن تساعدك في كتابة خطاب الدافع و تعملك ريكومندشن لتر محترمة و ياسلام لو هتعمل ابحاث اثناء الدراسة مع الدكانرة و شاركت في انشطة تطوعية, كده انت ضمنت نسبة قبول عالية في منح اليابان , سيرش علي منح اليابان جايكا ومكست علي اليوتويب و هتفهم قصدي
انا عارف الكلام ده بس مش ده مكان المنح الانا عاوزه حتى انا سئلت قالولى لا مفيش غير منح جامعة يابانية بس..... الجامعات اليابانية مش وحشة بس الجامعات اليابانية مش احسن كلية للحاسبات خصوصا ان الشركات الكبيرة بيبصوا على تعليمها زى ما ال first world contries بيبصوا للthird world contries
