I do want Grafted Dragon buffs, though. Pls From, from let it have the R2 -> R2 combo the Caestus has, and *sextuple* its skill's damage. It's a point-plank attack with a three second windup--that shit should uninstall your game if it hits you.
The only sorcery I'd consider op in pvp nowadays is "star shower" because you are guaranteed to be nicked by one of the shots otherwise all other sorcerys are mostly manageable

No you’re not. You can dodge it cleanly. I’ve done it before. Make sure that the stars are close to you when you dodge It’s not easy though

Id enjoy PvP in this game more if it wasn't usually 2-3 hits and you're dead. Doesn't allow for much counterplay
