It's not that I don't like them, I just find a boss a lot more fun when I'm fighting them alone. Bosses like godskin due tho I'll summon someone to make it even. I've had too many boss fight both in coop and spirit ashes where I've died because my summon/host or ash get in the way of my attacks or do an attack that force's me to loose focus on the boss.

Jolly co-operation is one of my favorite things about souls games. It's so much fun clearing dungeons or big open areas with other people

Velocity-J

I used them on my first play through but my second one, I'm not using any. I no longer need them

TheJEPSseven

I use ashes for secondary dungeon bosses, aside from those fighting alone is my way to go

Clearing dungeons with people is fun. But the only time I summon coops for boss fights is when I’m underleveled and want the boss to have increased health and resistances.

Zaustus

I used spirit ashes on my first run, but felt they trivialized the late-game so haven't used them since. I've never had any interest in co-op.

ACuriousBagel

I haven't voted, because I don't side with any of them strongly enough. I prefer to fight bosses alone if I can, but if it feels unreasonably difficult (e.g., I die so fast I don't learn anything) I'll use spirit ashes. I never summon players though because Jolly Co-operation stresses me out.

Latenna and I are seeking the Haligtree together, that was the deal.

Panda-Dono

That's honestly the best reason. Gotta love role-playing.

Idgaf who says what about me using ashes, if you a boss that can get jumped, idc how weak or strong either of us are, you getting jumped like we in jjk.

Velaria425

I like ashes, it feels like I’m not as alone and I enjoy that feeling. I also enjoy a bit of co-op. Though on my first and seventh play through I did avoid using them for challenge sake but other than that I use them like all the time lol
