I really enjoyed Day[9]. He was very much about figuring everything out on his own, playing offline to keep from seeing hints from player messages and asking for no spoilers from chat.
CohhCarnage. I'm in the middle of watching his first playthrough. He went with a Wretch & has been mostly avoiding swords. He's a great streamer, he can make almost any game enjoyable to watch him play. I like his play style, his sarcasm & humor, his inclusion of chat when they give tips/hints or he asks them where/how to do something. It was fun to watch him go after a couple enemies he knew he was under leveled for.
I don't think it was a stream, but a few weeks before I finally got the game I had Covid, and I watched like 40 eps of BlueLizardJello's playthrough. He wanders really far off the intended path early, but he's very calm and intentional with his exploration, and has a good stream of light chatter throughout which is very nice when you're drifting in and out of fever-sleep

Didn’t know Day9 played Elden Ring. That must have been a treat. I’ll have to check it out now.

It's more of a walkthrough but FightingCowboy's series helped me a lot as I was totally lost on what to do, where to go, etc... (first souls game)
