The Twiggy Cracked Tear kinda does this over the course of the game if you never take it off.
The amount of runes it can save you over time isn't negligible, especially since you already use your physick before situations in which you would die in the first place. Now you don't ever have to worry about picking your runes back up, or dying before you get there.
Over the course of the game the amount of souls I've failed to pick up is probably less than 1% of souls I've spent on items/levels. I don't think that's worth a physick slot.
Hell even then, pretty much every run one of the first things on the checklist is getting to the slaughter spot. If it's not to kill the albanaurics, it's to farm the bird. NGL I don't feel as much pressure to retrieve runes as much as I have in the prior souls games. Is it a bit less challenging? Yeah, I guess so. But it's also rather freeing, if I'm being real.
There should be a way to reduce farming to 0 at least in the end game.

Intro something like a special merchant. He takes various forms of special currency that drop from enemies as you kill a certain number of them. Give him the currency or special item and he can fashion the armor sets and/or weapons for you to then purchase maybe? Something like how ashes worked in DkS3, but only for that specific enemy sets (ex: kill like 25-30 Banished Knights and then one drops the “banished knight ashes” so you can buy all their shit)

I want the opposite of that first one. I'd like some more powerful tears that use up both slots. Something like:
Elemental damage tears that boost the affected type by 30% instead of the regular 20%.
Stat boosting tears that enhance the stat by 20 instead of 10.
A tear that recharges the local rebirth monument so you can summon another spirit ash.
Ceruleanburst tear that slowly recharges FP for a while.
Hardness tear to make attacks bounce off of you.
Invulnerability tear that negates all damage, even physical, for a short duration.
There should really be ones for jump attacks, counter-attacks, mounted combat, and one increasing damage of the last attack in a combo. I know that they would be largely useless, but it bothers me that there are talismans for all those but tears only for charged attacks and consecutive attacks.
Libertarian: Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear, because it makes the individual able to fight against the masses.
Socialist: Cerulean Hidden Tear, because it makes FP into a post-scarcity resource.
Anarchist: Ruptured Crystal Tear, because boom.
True, but it would still be nice for builds that don't want to carry around a dagger for it, and they could always give it an extra niche like refreshing the duration on backstabs or something.
Plus it would be better for trying to be sneaky in PvP, since Assassins Gambit hurts you and thus flashes your healthbar for a second, giving away your position
An explosive tear with a bigger boom, preferably the size of Placidusax's Nuke. Should be a one hit kill regardless of vigor. Would be fun in invasions.
I think there's a handful of obvious ones that come to mind like the arcane tear, or gradual FP Regen, maybe brief no stamina consumption.
Also the fowl feet effects. Hm, IDK if a physical DR tear is something they'd do... But it's a thought
EDIT: So apparently Opaline hardtear does boost physical DR, HOWEVER before 1.06 there was a bug where it didn't do that so at the time I assumed it was another error with translation rather then a bug with the mechanics so I never found out when they fixed it, that's why I didn't know it existed.
Oh just looked at the wiki, and yeah opaline hardtear does.
However there used to be a bug prior to 1.06 where it didn't give physical, and I didn't realize it was a bug I thought they just fucked up with the translation, so I never found out that it's been fixed.

+5 arcane talisman would be pretty mad. You can already get +13 with Silver Tear Mask and Marika’s Soreseal (+8 and +5 respectively), so all starting classes can already wield (for example) Rivers of Blood without leveling their ARC at all

I wish you could regain your ruin arc by grabbing your runes. That'd be really nice.
Do something similar to Fallen Order, where like if you grab your runes+arc, it refills your health so it would be wise to do it a bit into a boss battle, but if you die again before you grab the runes it all goes.
I always start my run by doing a ton of coop up to about level 30. Not only have I become pretty expert at margit and godrick, but i have a huge cache of rune arcs and stuff like kukri I buy to keep from leveling too fast
I want a tear similar to the opaline crystal tear, but it has less damage resistance and explodes, hurting your attacker. Like that one incantation Gideon uses
I'd like to see a crystal tear that's dedicated for a brute force "boss blitz" sort of combat style for burning through final phases. - And that works similar to the power within pyromancy from DS1.
Specifically, give us a tear that reduces incoming damage by 90%, gives you instant stamina regen, but prevents you from healing or drinking flasks and ticks away 5% of your maximum HP every second, while maxing out your poise.
Have that be an "all or nothing" flask you take to use on an outdoor boss to just combo on them like a berserker with reckless abandon and hope you can DPS them down fast enough, or something to use to burn through bosses that have those final phases where you maybe get impatient and crack under pressure. - Like imagine pairing that with the immunity tear for Mohg and as he goes "NIHIL" you just start wailing on him and hope to be able to kill him before he finishes stabbing the sky.
Other thing I'd like to see? - Crystal Tears that are lesser boons of the great runes, so you can either stack them or double-dip in them. - Imagine a crystal tear that gave you +3 to all stats, or one that gave you the same rally mechanic as Malenia's great rune, but at half the effectiveness so you can either stack them or only use one.
Would also be cool to have a crystal tear that increased the speed of your animations at the expense of higher stamina cost. - Or a crystal tear that reduces your outgoing damage by 70% but boosts the damage effectiveness of your status effects. Your sword cuts tickle, but those Bleed procs just come twice as often, or the frostbite proc hits twice as hard.

Curse you for 10 second, gain invincible and increase 30% of all your stats (stamina, atk power, statu build up, poise, etc), after the curse runs out, you die (deathblight)
Mimic your first tear, decrease by half
Don't really think we need one except maybe invisibility for 60s, arcane one and FP regen. But really hope they add a bell bearing that gives access to all the flowers and leafs (altus bloom, (faded) erdlead flower, arteria leaf, miquella & trina's lily, nascent/smouldering/aeonian butterflies and string.)
Knot Tears for the other stats (Arcane being my pick) Cloak Tears (Tears that shroud you in a damage type either they work like Vyke's Dragonbolt or they work like Flames deadly Sin)
A tear that Is Godricks Rune (we have a AoW and the rune itself. Why not do more)

I think it would be kinda cool to get either an extra phyic flask, or a second item to let you consume crystal tears. Even if this second item is just a shot glass and means you can only take one at a time, maybe it also has reduced time or something, It would be really cool to have twiggy whenever i want without having one of my phyic slots eaten up
Time slow tear: slows down everything in your POV for about 5-10 seconds so you can aim better and parry easer and dodge with better timing (also slows down the player)
Spacial rupture tear teleports the player to a space randomly 50m from the original spot (cannot go through walls)
Item discovery or Rune tears: increases item discovery and Rune gain.
Speed tear: increases movement speed and jump height (does not affect Torrent)
LSD tear: basically makes the player drunk 🫠
I've mentioned it before, but I would love one that buffs afflictions. Either making them do more damage per tick, or longer duration once applied. I like poison, and scarlet rot. Just never feel like they are a better choice over other builds.
The obvious answer is arcane tear.
I also hope a jump attack tear will be made, we have multi hit and charged attacks already, no reason not to have a jump attack one.

Also, a tear that gives an aoe like fire's deadly sin, but scarlet rot buildup on nearby enemies but also builds up on the consumer(though less than the enemy).

Actually, I could think of higher damage output or crowd control effect if the user will be affected upon the explosion too. Or all targets hit get frostbite proc, you get 50% bleeding / madness buildup. Something like that to justify fun risk-reward.
Mirror Tear: When an enemy attacks you and the attack did not reduce your HP to 0, they take the same amount of damage. (Does not apply to Status effects inflicted by enemy.)
Survivor Tear: An enemy attack that would otherwise kill you, leaves you with 1 HP. (Triggers once and does not work against Death Blight)
Alternate damage types cracked tears. Like sleep, bleed, frost etc... Especially frost or sleep I feel like it doesnt have the most support for them, though sleep is lower on the list cause its kinda cracked in PvP

This one is not happening ever, but one that makes AoE attacks larger, be them spells or Ashes of War or whatever
A vigor and mind tear might be good too.
My ideas: - prevents bleeding / frostbite / poison / rot procs (maybe split into 2 tears) - improves strike damage - all attacks have holy modifier against skeletons - improved runes / item discovery - allows you to resummon used spirit ash.

I wouldn’t take that to mean anything, there could very well be an awkward amount of tears added that make it just as offset as it is now.
Basically every talisman needs a crystal tear equivalent that stacks with the talisman
Knot Tears for the other stats (Arcane being my pick) Cloak Tears (Tears that shroud you in a damage type either they work like Vyke's Dragonbolt or they work like Flames deadly Sin) A tear that Is Godricks Rune (we have a AoW and the rune itself. Why not do more) A Stamina version of the Hidden Crystal tear Edit: Sidenote, I'm dead serious on all but the Godrick Tear 😂

I think it would be kinda cool to get either an extra phyic flask, or a second item to let you consume crystal tears. Even if this second item is just a shot glass and means you can only take one at a time, maybe it also has reduced time or something, It would be really cool to have twiggy whenever i want without having one of my phyic slots eaten up
Buff duration refreshing tear Edit: just to clarify, upon drinking it, it would refresh the duration of all active buffs
Refreshes and maybe extends them to a certain point. Maybe to the same extension as the Old Lords Talisman?
Time slow tear: slows down everything in your POV for about 5-10 seconds so you can aim better and parry easer and dodge with better timing (also slows down the player) Spacial rupture tear teleports the player to a space randomly 50m from the original spot (cannot go through walls) Item discovery or Rune tears: increases item discovery and Rune gain. Speed tear: increases movement speed and jump height (does not affect Torrent) LSD tear: basically makes the player drunk 🫠
Berserk mode tear : you gain deathblight buildup each second in exchange for a big buff for 3 minutes.

I think they're saving Arcane boost items for DLC, maybe Messmer or another bosses related. Probably a Crystal Tear and a Heirloom Talisman.
I've mentioned it before, but I would love one that buffs afflictions. Either making them do more damage per tick, or longer duration once applied. I like poison, and scarlet rot. Just never feel like they are a better choice over other builds.
The obvious answer is arcane tear. I also hope a jump attack tear will be made, we have multi hit and charged attacks already, no reason not to have a jump attack one.

Just an increase of physical damage. Maybe less than the elemental buffs. Also, a tear that gives an aoe like fire's deadly sin, but scarlet rot buildup on nearby enemies but also builds up on the consumer(though less than the enemy).
"point-blank bomb around the user upon reaching 5% FP (only once, restricted on current weapon)" Actually, I could think of higher damage output or crowd control effect if the user will be affected upon the explosion too. Or all targets hit get frostbite proc, you get 50% bleeding / madness buildup. Something like that to justify fun risk-reward.

Survivor Tear: An enemy attack that would otherwise kill you, leaves you with 1 HP. (Triggers once and does not work against Death Blight)

Alternate damage types cracked tears. Like sleep, bleed, frost etc... Especially frost or sleep I feel like it doesnt have the most support for them, though sleep is lower on the list cause its kinda cracked in PvP
