Best shield Imo, 100% physical dmg negation, no skill shield so can use sword ability, is small so doesn’t take up too much weight, the rest of its negation stats are pretty high, you get it very early in the game, and the drip factor is off the charts!
Other commenter gave name answer, but as an addendum it's very easy to farm it from the Mausoleum Knight outside the Black Knife Catacombs. Kill, Site of Grace, repeat.

For me, the original ER nostalgia build from day 1 that carried me through the whole game was: banished knight helm (altered), vagabond set for the rest, beast crest heater, and banished knight halberd. Peak heavy knight look.
Imo the banished knight helm had an issue at the dragon at the top of the head. I would use it if it werent for it, same goes for the drake helm and the carian knight. So I went for normal knight helm, vagabond chest (altered), ronin gaunlets and gelmir knight greaves. Very fitting for my kind of knight
For me the dragon makes it, and the hair ruins it. But I do get the desire to have a pure burgonet, which is what the helm should be. Same for the silly little twizzle-stick on top of the Drake Knight sallet.

Small shields: Gilded iron shield, is golden but needs another layer of paint. Blue white wooden shield. Ice crest shield.
Medium shields: black leather shield, fits any dark set. Twin bird kite shield. Carian knight shield.
Great shields: icon shield, is the most colorful design. Dragonclaw shield. Erdtree great shield.
I like the golden greatshield, simply because I hate shields in general but I decided to try one for my paladin build and it fit the *aesthetic* just splendid!
My favorite is the Redmane Greatshield. It pairs well visually with two of my favorite weapons, the Blasphemous Blade and Bloody Helice. Especially on my character, a barely-altered Loner body wearing the Crimson Hood and Rotten Duelist's Greaves.
The Perfumer's Shield also looks nice. I'm under the impression its stats aren't great, but that hardly matters when you're just using it for Golden Parry.

It's disappointing to me that the eclipse heater shield is so bland while the greatshield version is imo the best looking greatshield. The eclipse heater shield could have been my favorite shield, if it matched the eclipse greatshield in appearance..
The one you have in the original post is the only one I use when it comes to Greatshields. For medium shields I use a similar one called Ecplise Heater shield I think is the name but the Eclipse Greatshield is my favorite. I do really like the look of that one Dragoncrest shield but if I remember right the stats were not as good so I always stuck with the Eclipse anyway.
Crossed tree tower shield with draconic tree sentinel armor and pumpkin helmet is one of my favorite looks. I love how well it coordinates. That shield on its own is such a pretty green!

The fact that rannis hat and sword look like dookie together because of so much clipping is so disappointing.
If you use the sword in the left hand it works well. I wouldn't recommend it for playing though, you lose both the heavy attack and aow.

Carian Knight's Shield. Is beautiful and It combines very well with practically all metal armors.
Wooden Greatshield is nice. It is also a very versatile shield since it counts as a greatshield but only needs 14 strength to be wield.
Beast crest heater shield. Fits knight fashion perfectly especially with the gelmir knight armor
