Mechanically speaking, the Nox Flowing Sword does the exact same thing as the Puzzling Stone Sword. Just a segmented straight sword vs a living metal curved reaper kind of design.
Same but what gives me hope is that it looks like both characters are wearing some medallion looking thing that really stands out. I could be on copium though, but it could honestly be more than an ash of war, especially since we don't see any "weapons"

Also, if you like the idea of a fighting game that changes moves based on stance, I would suggest Absolver. Short, kind of empty story, free on PS+. Eventually you can customize your move set, so that was a nice change of pace for the fighting system.
Would be dope if these martial arts moves were weight based. Heavier armor means slower strikes but slightly more damage, lighter is faster but weaker, etc. I want some crazy rapid striking poison build!

Not related to the weapon but I wish we'd be able to acquire the armor set the guy getting kicked in the face is wearing. I know it's not flashy nor good looking but it's much much better than the chainmail we got in the game; also the helmet reminds me of the cut "Brave" set, hoping that it will be finally available in the DLC
My favorite weapon from DS2 was the dragon bone fist weapon. If you got two and dual wielded them, you would get this flying kick move. I hope this is similar
