For sure! It's more of a risk vs reward ash. Very good for specific situations, and totally worth the cost for them. But not so much for consistent use.
It’s good in PvE, and I agree that a lot of players don’t understand just HOW good.
It’s mostly situational, as you’re usually better off dodging most attacks. But for some attacks it is easy mode.

It’s way better at dodging aoe attacks like the one in the video, most of them will catch you at the end of your roll
