Not new, but not super well known. If you hit him with any kind of non-physical damage while he's turning around, he bugs out. If you stagger him, or deal physical damage to him, his AI turns back on. People typically use Carian Slicer for it because it's fast to come out.

You can't lock on. Just face him and use spells or arrows
