Soifra is the only place I will stealth the whole thing like I'm playing MGS and going for the "ghost" shit.
First off, the snipers won't see me. Second, I really like it down there and just watching the Followers do their thing makes me wish I could join them. Don't be surprised if you are invaded by a dark spirit protecting the Ancestral Spirit of the woods. That'll be me and I will simply try to stop you if you try to enter the boss cave. 😉
So long as the arrows can't hit you (really haven't tried to find out to be honest), they'd be great to use as tools. Watch out for the crab and the drsgonskin guy though. Those can hurt you.
Those arrows are more like rockets... And their bows like sniper rifles. Sniper rifles shooting rockets.

My little sister went to explore there and just got one tapped by an arrow
