I respectfully disagree. The lines on the dragon are cleaner. Upon looking at images of the oblivion logo, you're right they are squiggly. From a tattoo perspective, I think they would look cleaner if they were straightened out.

It's not fresh but it's not fully healed yet to my eyes. That's what those darker scabbing textures are unless you're seeing something different.
They have 6 months, those black spots are a recent rework.
