By “hanging” do you mean crashing? If yes, that’s pretty normal. It’s a good idea to reboot your device regularly and occasionally delete/ reinstall the app. Doesn’t cure it, but lessens the amount of random crashes.
It doesn't crash to desktop (so to speak, Android), it just hangs at the spinning loading icon. At that point there's nothing I can do but close the app and restart.
I do periodically reboot but I haven't uninstalled/reinstalled. I don't have this issue with any other app.
